We have lived here for a week so far and it has been great. It’s completely a night and day situation for us, our previous apartments and apartment management was terrible. I have been working with the assistant manager on property for more than two months in preparation for our move and she has been so kind, welcoming and accommodating my craziness. I have definitely asked a thousand and one questions, but this was a big decision financially to make. Her willingness to assist and answer my questions to the best of her abilities made this decision and process easier for my husband and I. This management team is very communicative, honest and quick with answering maintenance requests. Our apartment faces the post office so it’s not as quiet as we’d like. However, we are closest to the community playground which is wonderful because we have a 7 year-old. I did hear kids playing this weekend,which confirms that this is a safe and kid friendly environment. Overall the community is very lovely and we are looking forward to what is in store at our new home.

Clean property, jacuzzi rarely works, pool is often dirty and occasionally shut down. For the most part maintenance is prompt. They don't offer carpet cleaning every year your there. Very small, "business center". Raises rent. Doesn't allow for normal wear and tear. Very very small, "Park for children". Tanning beds, often shut down. Didn't do anything when mailboxes were being broken into. Apartments are decent but very cheap upgrades. The community is pretty good. Most often quiet, occasional loud residents.

As a resident here service is terrible for the price I'm paying. I regret moving here. I was given their word the dryer would be replaced it's been almost a month no replacement. The ceiling fan short circuited with sparks when trying to change the light bulb and I submitted another work order. It's been over a week. And I keep getting back the requests as resolved. For such a huge property theres only 1 guy. Sedona is trying to save money but They implemented a new way for all residents to pay online this month, Yardi. Yardi charges $33.00 for its service fee alone! Its ridiculous. What a way to RIP us all off . It's not right. I hope they cancel Yardi or provide another way for us residents to make payments. Save us $33 please. We all trying our best to make an honest living here.

I have really enjoyed living here. The office is super nice and always helping me or answering my 20 questions. Even though I've had a good experience with all of the office girls I especially appreciate Naelli, she is very patient and helpful! The maintenance is quick to respond and they really fix things around here. I only give 4/5 stars because I have had a couple of roaches in my house but we hardly ever see them and there's some mold growing in the bathroom where the drain is. Other than that, the gym is nice, the pool is nice and the people around here are nice. A good apartment for a good price!

EVERYTHING IS BAD HERE Upon moving in, we were bombarded with rent increases. Maintenance sucks. There is always something that needs to be fixed. My filter hasn't been changed in months. It is very dirty around here. The tow truck contracted with the apartments illegally tow cars all of the time. Management is horrible and they could care less about existing residents they only care how it seems to someone wanting to move in. DONT COME HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT P.S. Craig ranch park is literally next door and they do many loud events and I don't think paying $1800 a month is worth having all the noise almost every weekend.

Been a residence for 7 years, Sedona is great place to live, centrally located Craig Ranch Park, shopping, bus line, schools and 15 freeway. The staff is available for your needs. Maintenance is there when you post. I don't understand some of the comments residences post, my experience has all positive. Alma and the staff members are very positive. Yes, residence don't clean up after their pets, nor themselves, they have small children take out the garbage who can't reach the dumpsters, they throw it on the ground, but how is that staffing fault. As far as bug problems, I have none, have pest control come in and spray or buy Zeno it's organic, pet safe. In comparison to other properties Sedona is one of the lowest. If people would take more interest in where they live, this would cut down on these negative comments. I salute Alma and office staff members, Bobby and his crew, you are a great team. .

Bad management so sad 4 month this place it’s a joke DO NOT MOVE HERE TRUST ME WILL BE HELL , having 381 + units and One single maintenance guy and when he it’s not doing something he isn’t playing on his phone or watching you tube what a place to rent there is a new place opening soon nest to EoS parqatcamino.com will soon have a option to rent better to wait for a new place you better management trust me

The move in the office staff is great, I had to be honest the apartment are over priced ,because it not always a parking space, there always someone working on there car. as if there in a garage . overtime the apartment became overrated .

Loud music at all times of the day and night—especially in the common areas. Management responds only if you complain, but they do not enforce their own policies around the pool area, gym, and in the parking lot. They ask people to turn down their music, but minutes later, it’s even louder. You literally cannot hear your own tv without the nuisance of outside noise…until after 10 pm when pool closes…every night…unless one of your neighbors is vibrating your wall. Security is the same. Whenever there is actually security onsite, they’re camped out in the gym or in their car and say nothing unless you make complaints. They will literally walk past a party with speakers after office hours and say nothing. If you are a respectable person that respects others and your peace, I would not recommend it.

Hands down the worst place I have ever lived. Constantly dealing with my upstairs neighbor vacuuming in the middle of the night or playing music as loud as the venues at Craig Ranch. I have messaged the front office, called the after hours number, even spoken with the neighbors (which only worked for about a week). The front office never replies to my emails or calls, the after hours number doesn’t even pick up. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

My mistake! I was just dooped into thinking this complex was great…such a lie. BEFORE EVEN MOVING IN, THE WASHING MACHINE WAS BROKEN!!!!! (The washer wasn’t washing cold) When they came to fix it, they actually Messed it up even more and now the dryer isn’t working! What’s their solution: put you on a list and say “they’re working on it” An Utter Disappointment. I feel sad I pay more for rent with less functionality

Very professional i put in a work order sunday i got help on Monday, i didnt have to wait for week, the maintenance guy very professional, friendly and and was able to fix my heater, my washer problem well will fixed, and fixed my porch light, i just want to thank the maintenance guys for everything.

Went to tour the property last week the staff was very friendly and attentive. Apartments were clean and nice. Seems like a nice place to live, hopefully they have availability for when we need.
