With the choice of Banks that cutomers have, it is tempting to search around for different gifts and enticements to change Banks. I have been in the Morris Plains area since 1992 and have had Valley National as my Bank for all my personal business. The Branch at 51 Gibraltar has always treated me with outstanding service. I would not even consider changing Banks. They know you by your name when you walk in and even on the phone. You never feel like you are lost in some large sea of customers.
