Their hazard mitigation department is full of liars who never do their job. We contacted them after a significant flood and were told that our mortgage was placed in a FEMA backed forbearance program. The only way I found out this was a lie was when I received a delinquent account notice. Multiple phone calls have failed to resolve this. Everyone says they will "call you back" and they do nothing even though every representative I spoke with acknowledges that Weichert was in the wrong.

Many lenders failed to close my home loan due to their lack of mortgage knowledge finally I approched David from Weichert Financial Services and he closed the loan with his amazing skillset. Without him i wouldnt purchase the home. In short he is the best valuable asset for Weichert Financial Services.

Bought a property in Edison with Weichert Financial Services, we were referred to them by our real estate agent, who we liked very much. However, our mortgage agent Roise Almanzar is unresponsive, unprofessional, failed to stay on top of things. I read there were a lot of good reviews about Weichert Financial Serveices, I would recommend avoiding Roise at all cost!
