Utah First Credit Union is the best! They are our financial go-to! The staff are incredible and super friendly. We recently worked with Stephen for a loan and the whole experience was fabulous. The process was clearly communicated and super easy. We felt comfortable and confident, and most importantly, Stephen looked into several available options for us and got us set up with the one that best fit our needs. Highly recommended!

I've been a member of the credit union for a very long time. The services has been great. The credit union has expanded and opened up more locations across the valley. Being shared branches I'm also able to complete transactions at other shared branches network and the online platform is awesome too!

I've been with Utah first for about 5 years now and have a few car loans personal checking personal savings and business accounts with them. I even had a home loan and construction loan. They've always been so great to work with and the people at the South Jordan branch are fantastic. Highly recommend!

I just had THE best experience working with JD Tolley on a multiple vehicle, cash-out refinance with Utah First Credit Union! Utah First offered an excellent rate, and JD’s customer service was outstanding! JD kept me updated during every step of the process and assisted in getting others to follow through in a quick and efficient manner. JD is extremely knowledgeable in the products he sells as well as being super detailed, and quick to respond. His follow through during the process got this deal done extremely fast. I had never heard of Utah First Credit Union before seeing an ad for their low auto loan rate; but I sure do have a wonderful impression of them now (due largely in part to JD’s service). I rarely write reviews because I am too busy, but I was so impressed by Utah First and JD that I was compelled to write this five-star review!

This bank is the only bank that’s given me a chance. They were super friendly in the bank and on the phone as well. They have definitely earned my business and Britney jacquez was definitely more help than my own financial institution. So if your in a bad spot definitely give these guys a try! If there was a 10 star rating I’d give them that

This is by far the ABSOLUTE worst Credit Union. The fees are outrageous and the Savings and Checking account rates are no better than other Credit Unions.

I've been a member of Utah First Credit Union for a few years now. I have had a car loan, business loan, savings and checking accounts. I love the way I am treated both at the branch and with the online chat team. I also love using their app on my phone which is updated immediately after every transaction. I just can't say enough good things about this establishment. I very highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with Utah First Credit Union. I worked with Matt Foutz for a loan and he was incredible! He was very reachable and very attentive. He worked so quickly for me and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, which is hard to accomplish with a loan process. He's really top notch and knows his stuff!
