What can I say. UCCU gets better every year. Fast friendly and always willing to help. Most of my family in UT utilize them for their top notch care and rates.

UCCU opened and added our businesss bank account within my 30 minutes visit! The Loan officer was young, informative and ever so helpful with adding everything to my mobile account also!! She was also very knowledgeable about the mobile app site and was able to teach me some shortcuts to make my personal and business banking accessible! THANK YOU Nuvia Delgado at Orem South Branch

We had a serious problem with a possible phishing attack. Had to close our accounts; open new accounts; and transfer funds into a new account. It was a long process. Sonora, who helped us was very professional in every respect. My thanks to her!

The teller deposited the incorrect amount from a check making it $1000 more than on check. We have been going around in circles for 2 weeks between banks. Sadly to say the other bank's customer service has been WAY more helpful and truthful with what's happening. Still haven't been able to resolve the issues and ALL fingers are pointing to UCCU and their poor customer service support and unwillingness to help correct their mistake.

We had a problem with our account, wanted to open a new account, and get a debit card. Charles helped us in a jiffy and was pleasant.

As Realtors, we have recommended UCCU to clients for 30 years for their honest, fast, courteous service. Once again, with our own home loan, Chase, from the Orem Branch did an exceptional job... great communication and outstanding professionalism!

We have struggled with uccu for the past year having problems with young people completing simply tasks like putting money in proper accounts putting charges that they didn’t tell us about. Most of these Irresponsible kids work in the ACH department, they totally took us over the edge. That’s when we Decided to change financial institution.

Highly recommend coming here for first car buyers. Easy, understanding and willing to work with you! Morgan took great care of me!!

UCCU has great rates which is why I give it two stars instead of one. And hey, I’m glad other people had positive things to say, but I really had quite a negative experience with them overall. Their website and app are absolutely impossible to use so you have to call in to do just about everything (and I’m a millennial so I promise it’s not that I can’t handle a computer, lol). We went to close our account and had a couple hundred dollars in it and they told me it was empty. We verified again and were able to withdraw before officially closing but it bothers me that they couldn’t/didn’t see that. My login expired from lack of use (because we really only used them for an auto loan and my husband was usually the one to log in). To get another login, I would have had to call in, answer security questions, and then wait to have a supervisor process it. If I would have known it would expire and it wouldn’t just be a quick email to resolve it I would have tried to log in earlier. I understand wanting to keep things secure but there were just SO many hoops we had to go through for every little thing that I’m glad to be done with it. Overall, not a great experience.

I recently purchased a new vehicle but the dealership would only work with some financing companies, not UCCU. However, I was able to refinance my car loan with UCCU. The rates are always more competitive with them. I took all the required documents with me and headed to the branch. The loan agent was very friendly and worked with me to get me the best rate. The process only took 30 minutes or so. I highly recommend them.

After my recent experience opening up a new account with UCCU I am left wondering if I have made the right choice. I went into this branch an hour before closing. I was greeted warmly by the teller, but my positive experience ended there. I waited for a while to be seen by someone to open an account. When I finally sat and explained I wanted to open up a new account the employee began to take my personal information. Seeing that he did not explain anything about banking with UCCU I began asking questions based on my knowledge. He not only rushed me but also didn’t explain much. I told him I felt rushed and could come back later. He said he wasn’t in a hurry but was tapping his fingers on the table. After I received my debit card, I took a seat. I went back up to the teller to ask for information about the app. The teller told me that I would need information about my account, which was not given to me by the employee who opened up my account. She gave me the information and as I was walking away I heard the employee asking the teller what I had asked her. She told him something and then he asked what else I had said. I find this employee to be not only rude but unprofessional and not helpful. I hope this was just an isolated experience because I want UCCU to work for me and my family.

We have been with UCCU even before it was UCCU and never had a bad experience. This visit was extensive and required time and effort and some learning experience for Cory Jex the rep who helped us. He was personable, willing and made the visit worth our time. He is going to do well in his chosen profession after he finishes his schooling and UCCU is fortunate to have him on board now.

First off I want to start by saying we love UCCU yet this branch we’ve had multiple issues with their night drop deposit. We’ve never had it with any other branch. They always have an excuse of they’ve been too busy. Although I’m very aware after years of banking there’s other branches just as busy and we’ve never had this issue. It’s taken them hours and sometimes over a day to deposit anything through the night drop. So if you’re needing to do a after hour night drop deposit use another branch. I know I will be.
