We got our mortgage through Ryan in 2019 and would never go there again. They guaranteed that things would happen by a certain date and then they didn't process it for 3 days after. Because of that, we had to wait an additional 3 days to move in to our new house. We couldn't stay in the place we were moving from any longer and we already had our moving van packed up, so we were homeless for 3 days. We were told they would "make it up" to us and they never did anything. No communication except the stock emails and weird calendars they send monthly. There were also some things included in the mortgage paperwork that had not been explained to us initially and that was frustrating, but that was nothing compared to being homeless for 3 days. I do not recommend this office and will actively tell everyone not to come here.

We have worked with Ryan Harding on our last 2 home purchases. All our children have also used Ryan Harding several times as well. We would not even consider using another mortgage broker. Ryan is so easy to work with and walks you through the whole process from start to finish. He will work hard to find you the best interest rate. We would highly recommend Ryan Harding and his staff for your home purchase or refinance.

I have worked with Ryan on two mortgages and I won't work with anyone else. He is so fun to work with. He has a great sense of humor to keep the process light and easy. I can text him at 8 pm at night or on weekends with questions and he responds quickly. He makes time to see me if I need an office visit. When the sellers for our house demanded more money down and I thought there was no way we were going to get this house - Ryan was on the phone at 9 PM reassuring me he could make it work without a problem.
