Jacob is an excellent Loan Officer. We would not have gotten our home if he hadn't answered his phone on a Saturday afternoon. Jacob was patient and kind, and answered all of our questions. When we presented him with loan estimates from other companies that were better than his initial estimate, he came back with a new, competitive estimate of his own. Jacob responded quickly, and he was always professional. We enjoyed working with Jacob and would recommend his services to anyone.

Travis and Sherri are awesome. They have helped me make two purchases in two years and it was smooth as in could be for buying a home. When the time comes to make another house purchase or refinance I will definitely use Travis and Security Home Mortgage.

I had told my lender Roberto a time frame in which I urgently needed to find a home, we signed the home and moved in at the perfect time. They did a great job. I rarely leave reviews, but these guys deserve it. They helped us close on our house a week early, with an incredible interest rate, and for six thousand dollars less than our previous lender. Do yourself a favor and go with Security Home Mortgage. Ryan Harding was our loan officer and he made sure we were informed every step of the way and made sure we knew all the terminology and there were absolutely no surprises. Easiest transaction ever!

In the past year, we bought our first home and then refinanced it—all with Ryan Harding's team at Security Home Mortgage. Before this year, I didn't know anyone there as they was referred to me by my realtor. They were extremely helpful and Ryan was particularly patient with me as I asked a million questions about how all this stuff works. They also went above and beyond to find the right type of loan for us. Give Ryan a call to at least see how his team operates.

We were very disappointed with the experience of Jordan Foster as our lender. His mortgage company requested an appraiser who was not from the area we were purchasing our home in and gave a lower appraisal than what was needed. (50,000 lower) Thinking then the appraisal was correct, we put an offer on another home in the same area. Much to our disappointment the mortgage company used the exact same appraiser on the next home, resulting in a lower appraisal than the home was worth (this happens when the appraiser is unfamiliar with the area). We learned that the first home we had put an offer on was re appraised for the price we had offered. We promptly changed lenders after this second home appraisal coming back just as low as the first. We wasted two months of our time with Jordan, resulting in more costs as my husband was working in the new area we were moving to. We switched lenders, using Vicky Porter and closed in three weeks. She helped us get a better rate, save us money and time. I would not recommend Jordan, or this company.

Christi Larsen was great to work with at Security Home Mortgage. Everything went so smoothly. She was easy to reach for questions. The whole process was seamless.

Paul Newell is the best in the business. I have worked with him on many project in the past. He is honest and knows the mortgage industry better than anyone I have ever worked with. I will never use anyone else and refer him constantly to family and friends. His work ethic is second to none, once he starts a project you can count on him to to see it though in a timely fashion. He has earned a lifetime customer! If your looking for a no hassle respectful experience he is the guy for you!

I have worked with Charles Green on mortgages for 4 different homes for the past 22 years. He has been fantastic. He is fast and will do exactly what he says he will do. It has been so helpful to have Security Home Mortgage with each one of my houses. I Just refinanced my new home with him and the whole process took less than a month.

Could not recommend Luke Sorenson high enough. Luke helped my wife & I get into our first home roughly 18 months ago, and walked us through everything step by step. We just completed our first refinance, and are very happy with the outcome. Luke is incredible at communicating the process, minimizing complexities, managing expectations, and my personal favorite: he’ll keep you laughing your way through the process!

He never makes me feel silly for asking simple questions and he is always quick to respond through text, call, or email. I've really appreciated the ease of e-signing paperwork as much as possible. My real estate agent even said of all the loan officers he's worked with, Travis has been one of the best.
