I recently worked with this Bank and it was a great experience! I worked with a few of the employees while I was applying for a car loan and they all made it such an easy process! On top of that they went above and beyond by explaining and staying later to help me out! I would definitely recommend working with them if your looking to get a car loan or any other service!

I have had great experiences with this branch when I've needed their services of the "shared branching" program, so I decided to open an account here. Karri Christensen helped me get that taken care of today and was very knowledgeable of the products and services they offer and helpful in getting me started on my way to saving. Had a very pressing matter that we needed taken care of and Melisa jumped on it immediately and helped us get it resolved. She was super patient with us and made it happen for us! Super happy with the service and will be back in 6 months to refinance our home as well!

Hands down one of the best banks I've ever worked with. They have the nicest and most friendly staff. We have made and built personal relationships with many of the staff members because of how caring they are. They're very knowledgable and willing to answer endless questions. Sanders is a great bank employee. He helped me with all my questions and offered more services that I didn't even think about. I am currently shopping for new home and auto insurance and one of your agents will be calling me. He also thoroughly explained the credit card to me and how it can save me money, benefits, etc. He was very courteous and helpful. You should keep him and groom him to be a bank officer! I was once a bank officer. Also, I am from San Antonio and love SSFCU.

Been a long-time MACU customer and had some delays on their end servicing a loan. Called Karri Christensen at the Orem branch and she was not only super attentive and helpful, but got everything taken care of in less than 24 hrs. We are super happy with their service and care. Would highly recommend.

I came to this branch because they are professional. They saved me a lot of money from interest doing refinance. Dylan is amazing, and he helped me on the loans.
