My first time working with a credit union and it was an amazing experience. I came in with a problem and I was nervous that I would get turned down from a loan, but working with Sam, her customer service was perfect! She listened to my situation, explained the process in a simple and detailed manner, and eased my mind throughout the visit. Sam is professional, empathetic, friendly, and I believe the rest of the staff are the same. It was an amazing experience and recommend anyone to UCCU in Saratoga Springs.

I have enjoyed UCCU for the past 10 years. There are no hidden fees, no strange charges for savings accounts, and they’re honest in their doings. They also have great perks such as mortgage discounts or prizes for saving money. Their wait times are almost always 0 minutes, and they are great at answering needs. Saratoga Branch for the win. 🤌🏼🏅

Sam was amazing the minute we walked in she was very kind to us. Very informative. But when we walked to get in line for a bank teller, the woman from the beginning had a nasty attitude face. And while she was helping us. The real attitude was even more disturbing. It really made us feel so uncomfortable. With the small laugh and eye rolls. The reason for it was we where depositing money and than we needed to withdrawal. But after she deposited the money she never asked if we needed anything else so when we told her we need to withdrawal she got annoyed. Didn’t get her name but the cashbox number is 571 at 1:40 pm on Saturday March 5th

We are so pleased with the excellent service provided by UCCU when opening a HELOC. The whole process was handled online and completed in roughly 2 weeks. We spoke with a UCCU representative only a few times. It's great that UCCU is offering HELOC's whereas our main banking provider refuses to offer such in current financial climates even though we have excellent credit scores and a long history with them. It makes me wonder whether to make UCCU my primary banking provider.

I’ve been a member here for decades, even during the time I was a bank teller at Zions Bank and even now that I’ve moved to SLC and there’s not a branch near my home. UCCU has great rates, great service. They’re very responsive.
