Horrible Horrible customer service, Mariel and Lupe are the worst person to speak to on the phone. Very unprofessional in my perspective hanging up the phone like no other. Instead of finding a solution they just raise their voice and expect for one to listen. They ask for way to mush requirements that are not even in the contract. Mariel being the assistant of the supervisor is that a joke... She is the worst of them all!! Never Never finance with this horrible Loan Company. Wish I could give them Zero stars they don't deserve any at all.

Pablo motors works with The company called USA Financing, I bought a car few months ago and after we sign contract/ both -Pablo and the people work at USA Financing, they treat the customers without respect, they have bad attitudes and are inpatient. They are very harsh in their way of speaking and in wanting to help their customers, they are very aggressive in the way they answer and they serve you. I recommend that you avoid using these people, as you will end up with the same bad service as myself. I will never recommend this dealer and this Finance company. Please save your time and get out off problems 👉🏼please save time and avoid problems by not choosing this dealer and financing company.

Yesica Hardsall has made my past months miserable. I had a car wreck in feb and she never reached out to my insurance company or collision center to help me get all info needed to get my car back instead she said she would repo the vehicle during the pandemic she threatened me to loose my car and mess up my credit yet now June she is aggressive when speaking ver the phone and refuses to reply via email to what the collision center and insurance are asking her to make the release of my vehicle easier for me if i could give a negative start i would. Lack of professionalism lack of respect and how inhumane can she be by making threats to clients to loose vehicle during pandemic instead of finding solutions to the problem....

For real. Do not go to this place.they suck. They made me one contract n then they revised it 2 months later overcharge me. Think un going to report to bbb

Great vehicles with reasonable prices since I HAVE NO CREDIT! I have been financing a crossover for 2yrs and it has not given me any kind of problem at all ... Now I do not think about changing my car but financing another vehicle I recommend them !!!!! Great vehicles and understandable prices since I don't have GOOD CREDIT! Financing my nice crossover since 2 years ago and hasn't giving me any problems at all ... Now thinking about not trading but getting another car! Totally recommend this dealership.

DON'T, DON'T, DON'T do it! Horrible customer service! This finance company was fairly new when I obtained an auto loan from them. They did not have a website to pay online or by any other electronic means. You had to mail in your payment or bring it in to the office. They were very picky about insurance also. This was back in 2011 and from the looks of other reviews, they have not changed. I remember going into their office one time to make a payment and I guess the guy that was the owner at the time told me "Wait for the girls" to make a payment. What kind of mess is that. If you get behind on payments, good luck on them helping you out. I understand everyone doesn't have A1 credit and you have to do what you have to do, but steer clear of this one.

I was recently gong to finance a truck with USA FINANCIAL INC, thank god I did not ! they will not tell you what your interest rates are until you give them the down payment... ! they will charger you interest on a late fee if you do not make your payments on time there is a late fee plus interest !!!? you have to have full cover standard policy but only some companies are accept buy USA FINANCE, they don't except any insurance unless is top of the line ! IF YOU DONT PAY YOUR INSURANCE WITHIN 7 DAYS IT IS A REPO! which will effect your credit terribly.. with all this being said its better to go to a dealership that will not SCAM you out your money. I was wondering why they had so many REPO specials...

Apparently this finance company like to prey on people with low financial education. Someone I know used them and apparently they only offer one interest rate regardless if you have good credit or not. People, please do your due dilligence and do not sign a single sheet of paper until you have all the numbers in your favor.

My payment was due two days ago and they are already calling me to tell me that I have to catch up with the payment! Without them knowing why I couldn't give the payment. Now every day late they charge an exaggerated amount of interest and a person who started working there today has neither the manner nor the professionalism to deal with people! For my part, it is the first and last vehicle that I finance with USA finance.
