Anna J. is an amazing agent and has helped me so much and kept me up to date on everything i need to know about my policy and any time i have any questions she gives me the answers or goes out of her way to find out the answers to my questions. I would highly recommend having Anna as your agent!

I was very worried about getting all set up. I’m used to my mother taking care of everything for me. ( I know millennials) I am so happy I chose State Farm! Not to mention Anna! I am extremely grateful for her as she spoke very kind and nice. She was very understanding and not making me to feel rushed as I was needing to gather information. Sometimes in life we have to just calm down and go one step at a time and Anna made that very clearly that I had nothing to worry about it. Thank you state farm for having the best employee! Hands down the best place to get insurance! I received assistance from Liliana Zamarripa. She is amazing! Through out the process she thoroughly walked me through renters insurance and the value it provides as a renter. She was able to put together a personalized plan that best fit my needs for the time being. She was quick, responsive, and made sure I had no unanswered questions. Best insurance company ever! Ashley W. Has been so amazing to us! She is ON IT! When I call to make a payment she always make small talk and doesn’t just take my payment. She asks how we’re doing! She remembers previous conversations. She goes the extra mile for clients! I added coverage to my premium to help cover things that are uncontrollable, like hail damage, which was recommended to me by Ashley! Sometime after, my windshield chipped and started cracking. Ashley was quick to get me in to see Safelite. They fixed it, I qualified to pay zero out of pocket! Saving me so much money! I have had such an amazing experience that I do not plan on switching at all. Thank you Ashley!
