    Yesterday I arrived in the drive thru just before 5 pm and had to wait 2-3 minutes for another customer to finish their transaction, since just one lane was open. Arrived at the teller window at 5:01, and the teller refused to provide service to me. Today when I called the branch 4 different times, no one would answer the phone.

    Horrible customer service!! The manager Selena Rayo refused to cash a cashiers check that I purchased for an employee an hr before at another location. She refused to verify the check after making him wait a hr! This is the type of service you will get from this location. Rude, neglectful of people’s time, and unprofessional.

    the “manager” Rebecca is VERY unprofessional. My father and I have a business account and when we had a slight problem (that Chase has easily fixed in the past) she was very rude, didn’t want to help and said a smart remark about the funds showing in my account. i guess she isn’t aware of how investment in business works. she should definitely get demoted/fired. I’m thinking of taking my business elsewhere bc of this.

    Yes indeed it's pure discrimination.. I'm white and deposit millions at bank America and the service they offer in minority areas pale in comparison to wealthy areas....For a bank started by a group of woman in Chicago they have lost their original mission COMPLETELY!!! SHOULD BE A MINUS 5 STARS.To any business that locates in mesquite.."If you don't want to offer the same level of customer services as you do up north,then please don't open here..we don't need your frustration and humiliation . Our time on this earth is as valuable as anyone's. Waiting in long cues for poor services is demoralizing...Take it and get..and don't come back till you can treat us equally...yes some immigrants are slow at the ATM'S so what their kids won't be ..show so class..

    Bank of America use to be one of the best banks you could have. With poor management and turn over, I would never ever recommend this bank to anyone especially the Cartwright location. They only have one teller working the drive-thru and the front counter. These are some of the most slowest employees that I have ever seen. The management team is just as bad. There is not one person at this location that cares at all about customers or customer service. The best thing for the Cartwright location is to completely clean out all employees and start all over from ground up. Also to top it off this location is now going to only one teller and have closed down the drive-thru. My question to them is, what does this do for the handicap customers? They do not have anywhere near enough handicap parking. Sometimes it is just to hard to get out when you are handicap and that drive-thru is so much easier. Is this not discriminating and punishing the handicap. But then again as slow as they are at helping customers, it may not even matter. When the drive-thru was open a customer will have to wait 20 to 30 minutes. The TownEast location drive-thru is just as bad. You can be sure you will be there a good while. Customers have their own reasons as to why they use the drive-thrus. Stop punishing the customers because management can not run their location like they should. BRING BACK THE BANK OF AMERICA THAT WAS ONCE THE BEST BANK TO HAVE!!!

    I went inside the branch to see if they could help me with a check process. One of the employees there said that because of the holidays my check wasn't going to be processed in time. I asked him if there was anything that we could do, and he said no but he could get me on the phone with customer service. I asked "what are they going to do for me?", and he clearly said "tell you the same thing I'm telling you." I don't need to waste my time on a phone to hear the same thing he told me. What made this a horrible experience is that the employee didn't even attempt to help me, only wanted to get me on the phone with customer service. Isn't he there to be customer service? Horrible customer service branch. And this is not the first time I have been disappointed with with services. One time I got there at 9am and they were still closed because "it was taking them a while to open up". There were like 6 people waiting to go in. Pretty close to closing my account with them.

    By far the worst experience ever!! The manager Selena Rayo has no type of customer service skills! She's shows no empathy for the situation that I had. she stated due to my relationship with the bank i was not able to get a 10.00 fee waived for the cashiers check I was buying for my first home! I've been banking with Bank of America since I was 16 years old that is well over 10 years of "relationship" obviously that was not enough for her! I'll take my relationship to another bank and I hope she understands that my family owns over 10 business that all have Bank of America business accounts and because of her all will be closed and going to another bank that values my "relationship" also I am an employee, and still could not waive fee! Selena Rayo, has seriously gave Bank of America a bad name!

    Horrible!! These ppl do not respect appointment time at all. They give preference to ppl they know and allow them to go before you in your face... Stay away from this banking center!!! If I could do negative 5 stars I would. This banking center is the reason why my money is going to another bank.
