Super comfortable situation. I was always told that there wouldn't be enough time to read through every document you have to sign, which is true. However, Stacy was so knowledgeable about everything related to signing for a home and conveyed that information so well that I knew exactly what I was signing and was very comfortable doing so. I also thought it would take hours to sign but we were in and out in about 45 minutes. Most people say you don't sleep for a week after signing on your first home but I left there worry-free and so excited to move into my first house!

Despite multiple calls from myself and our agent, this company took over a week to deliver a check which was promised next day. Clearly they care very little for their clients and customers, make little effort to communicate, or to act in a professional manner. After several attempts to contact them it became clear that the manager (or responsible person) was either never in the office, or ducking the calls. Either way, the service was exceptionally poor. There are many better choices when it comes to title services.

They worked to help us meet our schedule to both sell our home and buy our next. Adella knows her stuff and cares about her customers. Excellent service!
