My wife and i were in the process of buying my first house and my sister recommended that we use Rudd & Hawkes Title. Honestly it was the best decision we made. Greg was super friendly and made the closing process easy and smooth. He even gave us tips to help us with our mortgage. Before closing we never had any issues with communication and he would always answer our questions (even if it was my real estate agent asking him for us). We couldn't have gone to a better place. Thanks to these guys for their help!
