Cottonwood Title was very accommodating and helpful with my recent house closing. I was not avaliable during the week to come in due to work, so they kindly met us on a Saturday morning for the closing. Very much appreciated! Great company!

My interaction was brief, I’m sure like most who are buying a home. Nice office and pens for signing documents in. Explanations of the contracts were good. Only hiccup was the team taking my Drivers License and forgetting to make a copy of it (it was Friday and two days before Halloween though). But, that was quickly fixed and we were funded and recorded the same day. Would recommend if you have a choice!

They responded to every email, phone call, and request in a timely and professional manner. They helped us schedule our signing early to help us get a same day loan fund so we could move in almost immediately!

We had some questions before we went in to sign and they were super responsive and helpful. The day of the signing was smooth and quick, even though they were very busy when we arrived for our appointment. The recorded quickly (again, see note above about how busy they were) and let our agent know so she could let us know. Great experience.

Don and the team provided a home buying process that was modern and efficient. Everything was conveniently sent and updated seamlessly from my phone. Professional Staff, Kelli Ivie was very knowledgeable and skilled at presenting information for each page in the closing documents before signing. I have refinanced in the past and had other title companies that have left me frustrated and without answers. Cottonwood title and their professional staff takes the frustration out of the signing process.

With my line of work it’s not always so easy for me to just do the things that I had to do for the loan . I am so grateful that Darrell and Cottonwood title for helping me through the process it took a lot of the heavy load off of me . I was really amazed at how helpful they were . I can’t thank them enough . They definitely went above and beyond . I don’t think inspire or Cottonwood title and century community could have did a better job in making it possible for us to get our home . We did not have the best experience with Cottonwood Title, When we arrived we were placed in a room with another couple, which we thought was kinda odd but assumed they were doing our signing together. We waited in that room for over two hours wondering what was going on and how much longer it would be. We were told by Cottonwood that our loan officer was having computer issues and couldn't send our documents. Our Loan Officer said he wasn't having any issues and already sent the documents ahead of time. After waiting an excessive amount of time Kelli came in and started going over paperwork with the other couple in the room while we waited off to the side. The other couple realized a few minutes in that the closing amount that they were given the day before and the amount in the paperwork were different amounts. Long story short it turns out they were our documents. After my husband had explained to the loan officer that that was closer to our numbers and flipped the page over, our names were on the documents. The loan officer then decided it might be a good time to verify who was who. Turns out the loan officer had no idea the other couple was even there and had been calling them wondering where they were. I was mostly upset because going over loan information is a very private thing and was very surprised they would have us together. Then to top it all off we waited over two hours. Once the mistake was realized we were placed in a separate room. Derrickk came in and the first thing he did was verify who we were which was a great comfort after what had happened. Derrickk did a great job and got us through all of it quite quickly but still went over all of it and made sure we understood everything.

Cottonwood Title Insurance Agency is easy to get ahold of, incredibly responsive and they provide high quality service. I've used them for closing on a home and also refinancing a home and both experiences were quick and professional.

Beautifully branded company and their building matches their brand perfectly. Very professional and kind. They were very helpful during the whole process and made sure we understood the paperwork we were signing for the closing on our house! Would use them again!
