I’m two days late but was definitely coming to leave this review! When I say I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door! My saleswoman Talitha Williamson put me at ease the entire experience! It was fast, paperwork approved, and I drove off with this BEAUTY❤️ Definitely check her out if you need a new car you will not be disappointed!

My sales person, Talitha Williamson went above and beyond to make sure that I had a smooth and great experience. She took time with me and made sure that I got the car that I wanted. She even drove three hours round trip to pick up the car I wanted. She treated me and my friend like family. My experience here was one like I’ve never experienced at a dealership. One thing for sure, I will buy all my cars from wherever she works. I have already referred 3 people to her. I want people to get the same courtesy that I experienced. She was patient and very knowledgeable about everything concern I had and she addressed every concern with compassion and understanding.

Amazing!! Everyone was friendly and amazing to work with. They got me the car I've been wanting for so long and they didn't stop until I got the car. Thank you so much for everything you guys done for me. I will definitely refer anyone to you. God bless you all.

I needed a car they supplied it but the finance charges are ridiculous. I'm basically buying the car twice if I'm making on time payments! The customer service is pleasant! 2 stars because the deal itself overall sucked in my honest opinion.

Where do I began… I purchased a car from this dealership, (Columbia SC Location) Ms. Williamson was very helpful with the process. I originally went with this place because of a few people I know in different states that have brought cars from them. So, I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus and I loved that the store manager worked with me because I originally did not have my full down payment amount (short 100$). Anyways, 4 days into me buying the car (still well in my warranty/exchange rights according to my contract that was throughly read by the store manager in front of me, and when I got home with my parents. The APR rate is definitely a rip off, I knew with me having bad credit it would be alot, but paying back 3x more than the car eventually was terrible, but it was fine with me because i’d just refinance after a few on time payments. The car breaks down as I’m heading home from a night shift 4 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING IT. So, I call the DOWC (the warranty company associated with US Auto sales) to have the car towed and sent to the partnership mechanic store they have with PEP BOYS on Decker BLVD (1 star rating coming for them too), DAYS go by, with 4 different things potentially wrong with this vehicle (pretty much the mechanics didn’t know what was wrong with the vehicle because it took them about 1week and a half to determine the “issue”.) So, I’m like alright I’ll be a patient adult and WAIT continuously because the manager told me do not worry about my payment, I ask about a Loaner car or rental car for the time being, and I was told no rental car can be talked about until PEP BOYS submitted a claim which they took so long to do because they could not determine the issue. Today, July 5 I am still without a car or a rental car. I called US Auto Sales this morning and the store manager that I have been working with, (who’s name is John) apparently went on a vacation and now I have to wait until July 8 or 9 until he returns because nobody else apparently will honor what John was honoring which was an exchange, or a full refund. Finally today, a claim was called in, and now I have to continue to wait carless, while this dealership still has my 1700 dollars… the manager in charge who's name I forgot proceeded to laugh on the phone and claimed that he understood what I was going through but put no effort in to help me with anything. I don’t know whats going to happen down the line, I’ll definitely keep you guys updated. Whether theres a positive solution or not, please don’t purchase a car at this location and please make sure these dealerships are updating the cars that they are rushing to sell. The fact that this is my FIRST time ever purchasing a car, let alone at a dealership who was spoken highly of to me, I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and shocked that I am currently going through this with no solutions yet still. Very very bad. Id give a -1 star if I could. Disgusting.

I just bought my car today. Talitha Williamson was my sales person. She was absolutely wonderful. She was a breath of fresh air compared to other sales people I've experienced before. She wasn't pushy and she was very honest and up front. She even picked me up personally to ensure I drove off in my new car today. She is a Grade A sales person. Very patient and helpful. I initially rejected a car they suggested; then fell in love with it. Extremely helpful payment plans and excellent warranty coverage. Sorry l didn't do this sooner. Will/ would definitely recommend this location.

I will never work with them again… first rep was Williamson can’t remember her first name but she wasted my time pretty all they care about is their Sale. then i tried to give them another chance and I got Denzel … man never called me back talking about vehicle gotta come in😂🤣 he will call me back … that call never came in. Take your money elsewhere. Unprofessional

I worked with Talitha Williamson over the course of 3 days after getting nowhere with several other dealerships. She was straightforward and on the ball from the second we got started. She definitely put in the work to find something for me that would work with my circumstances and abilities. I have recently become a single father of two small children, my car died, and my lease is up. Talitha, helped to make a seemingly impossible goal a reality. I highly recommend at least having a conversation with her if you’re looking to buy or finance a new car.

I purchased a car 5 months ago and got a Lemon In desperate need of a new car and called this place got approved online and rep reached out to me on Sat. got my info and I was in a car on Monday this group of people are so prompt efficient. Wish I could give them a 0...terrible experience with this company....I changed jobs and called to change my paydays...I was told to send in paystubs and it will be taken care of...here it is almost 2 months later and its still not handled...they have turned my car off 3 times and I have been paying on time...when you call you get the run around...this place is terrible and they don't care because its not them.

The payments on these cars are extremely to high plus interest rates especially with a vehicle I gotten with over 111000 miles on it, and paying bout 500 a month on a vehicle that’s even new . If u have the money and want to shop here go right ahead but I wouldn’t recommend no one here they are overcharging

When you start shopping for a car you want 3 things. A sales representative that is not looking at you as a just a sale. You want a sales representative that is not going to put you in just anything, and you want someone who is going to LISTEN TO YOU! Well TALITHA WILLIAMSON was everything and more. She stayed professional even when I had my meltdown and she made me feel like FAMILY. I am forever grateful for her ❤. So my car broke down & it’s too hot to walk. I just let Raymond Brown III know what’s up & he put together a deal for me. I really appreciate Ray & his professionalism. And he explained everything good as well. He really knows his stuff and can figure out a way when you think it’s no way. And tbh it was my first stop. I’m glad I came by. I don’t know about these other sales people but Ray is that dude lol.

I have had THE MOST wonderful, amazing, most blessed experience up in US auto Sales today. Normally, I’ve never felt this comfortable with making decisions or handling business with my one years old. A lady by the name Talitha Williamson was a complete Angel in assisting me for the past 3 days. Talitha was beyond excellent. This world should have more Sales Consultants like her. I got the jeep but two days later it ran hot and when I went back up there the manager name Jermaine said it’s nothing he can do. . Just that fast my smile turned into a frown. I’m still paying for this jeep, and it’s still running hot. They messed up my paperwork and wrote up a contract on my old car that I traded in to them. Camary2002, which was running great, no technical issues, just needed a paint job. They are very nice getting you into a car, but after that, you are on your own and they will shut the car off if you are late on your payments too , I will NOT be referring all any of my family and friends. Much love& honor & respect for Talitha Williamson she was Very nice and friendly but REMEMBER all salesmen are. That’s how they get the sell. She’s an awesome salesperson! I’d hire her immediately for my business.

Don’t like Columbia SC store at all the men there have bad attitudes the manager at the front door has a real bad attitude the car I brought didn’t have floor mats, car jack, spare tire and he told me that’s on me really. You buying a $21,000 car with none of the accessories in it. I will never go back to that store the men there act like women with attitudes. I love the Florence Stor

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart on June 2nd and the first problems I noticed was the six cord port was broken , but i of course wouldn’t of known that until i bought a cord. They didn’t do anything. I called for days and was told to call a 1800 number. Two weeks later , my brakes are started to fail. Again they won’t do anything just want me to call a 1800 number. That number doesn’t give a person, the officer manager and office don’t care. STAY AWAY is the best advice i could give. Now I’m stuck with a car I have to fix and they’re up there selling more lemons, OH & if i return the car it goes on my credit. Sooooo yeah

This place is a rip off the interest they charge is fixed which means you will be stuck in the vehicle for life. The interest is so high no dealership would finance me a second vehicle. The payments are so high it's dam near impossible to compound payments. If you ever want to own your car RUN it's a trap. I have been paying $500 a month for 2 years on a 2014 base model maxima and I still owe twice as much as the car is worth don't buy a car from this company. RUN.

I am a young adult whose credit isn't all that great due to student loans and I was looking for a reasonable down payment and prices on a nice looking car. Ms.Williamson was my salesperson who went above, beyond and past the limits of helping me to find what I was looking for while putting down a very low down payment even though my credit wasn't where it needed to be. She jumped through hoops, and hurdles to make sure I left with something I wanted and she negotiated for me as far as the payments go. I was skeptical, I even left and went to other dealerships where they asked me for 1000 down and much more, not including the monthly price and insurance, so I went back to usauto sales where they were still able to take me right in and work with me to leave that day with my car. Ms.Williamson did her thing!! She is a very great salesperson and with her, it isn't ALL about getting money from you or giving you a lemon but more so about making sure you are 1000% satisfied with your plan and your vehicle. Great place for all age ranges!! I definitely RECOMMEND!!

My fiancé and I purchased a mini van in January of 21. There is something deeply wrong with the van as it has cost us our savings trying to fix. So far it has destroyed 3 alternators and exploded a battery. The "Warranty" is a joke. They refuse to fix it anything without us paying a disclaimer. I would walk the other way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Update as of October we had to give up, the van turned out to be a money pit. We made an attempt to exchange it for something else, after speaking to the manager at the purchase location, they engaged an ignition interlock in the GPS tracker. When we called them about it they said the locked us out because our payment was late, even though we had made a recent payment. So we returned it to US Auto sales and told them where they can park it!

Talitha Williams did an excellent job finding me the vehicle I wanted. She went over and beyond to make sure she found the Toyota rave4. I love the whole team worked well together. I would recommend US Auto sales to everyone.

If you’re looking for professionalism and someone to make you feel like you’re making a good decision this is not the place. We went there and looked at a couple vehicles but before that we had to be approved before we could look. At first the guy made it seem like he was doing us a favor by even talking to us maybe in his mind he thought that we were going to waste his time and he was very nonchalant didn’t really want to show us the vehicles he have for sale. After I mentioned that I was going to leave a Google review he quickly changed his attitude we were approved in less than an hour But paperwork took almost 2. We waited and waited and waited on this female Rep to finish her personal conversation so we could get started on the closing paperwork for the car. Now we love the car we got and we really got . Now we love the car we got and we really got a great deal. Personally I would never buy a car here. The staff makes you feel in adequate they also make you feel like they’re doing you a favor. If you want a nice car buying experience for the price that they are selling these you might as well go to a dealership. The car they sold us had a couple issues it was not cleaned it did not have floor mats and when I asked them before we drove it off the lot and sign paperwork I was met with a reply we are a small business we don’t have a whole bunch of money like other dealerships to fix certain things before the car is sold now that is verbatim ! My sales rep was dressed professionally the other staff look like they had just left the club one will sleep in his desk, Pants sagging and stomach hanging out and sleep! Luckily this car wasn’t for me. And I won’t have to deal with these people for the next four years hopefully by then they might have a better staff!

Mitch was exceptional. This is our second time getting a vehicle from us auto sales. Our first one was unfortunately totaled out. He was very chill and never gave that “sales rep push” that I’m very familiar with as a person who sold cars my self in the past. He was just chill and basically went with the flow. Anything we asked him for, he was on it. Made me ur process smooth and fast. Let me not forget good ole Tremaine. Was accommodating and helpful.
