Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Two Notch Rd, Columbia

Not a huge fan of bank of America these days. Seems since covid hit they've done all they can to force you to atm machines or the mobile app. Very few drive through are open anymore (something that doesn't make much sense if your trying to avoid contact) and less tellers working inside leading to more people lined up inside and out the door. Hours on the website for Saturday branches that are open are not right either. This is in general for boa, not just this particular location. They've made it harder and harder to do business with them. I personally don't trust an app for all my transactions and they're not that convenient these days whwn you want to handle something or much less, deposit a check.

Oh My God.. Such a Horrible Staff.. they don't respect any one or Talk nicely to any one.. I wish they Fire everyone and hire some new staff..

Unknown to me the bank closes at 4:00 pm daily. Who knew? The hours which did not include Saturday hours is posted on the doors. What bank in America is closed at that time a day during the week. This main location at Two Notch and O’Neil court now provides less customer service. There is no drive thru window and now fewer operating hours. Why should I are anyone continue to be a customer. They are not serving the customer they are serving themselves. I would recommend that you bank somewhere ELSE.

I’m new to Columbia and I used this bank once before. Everyone was nice and I was very satisfied with the customer service I received. Today I came back and went to a teller for the first time. She had a very nasty attitude and was the cause of the line being held up. I will not be coming to this location again if I have to go to her. I wish I got her name! She ruined my mood.

These people are liars. I got scammed and they blamed it on me and didnt even try to help me get the money back she said she'd call me back and check up to see if there was anything they could do and never called me back. They showed the money there the day the hold was taken off then the very next morning they showed that all the money that i withdrew was debited from my account making me owe it. THEY SHOULDNT SHOW THE MONEY IF ITS NOT THERE! They are scammers as well. I closed my account they are no good!

Totally unhelpful. Tried to get a home owners loan, had to reapply 4 times over the course of several months as they kept losing the paperwork. I finally called it quits and went with someone else. Far less stress and no lost paperwork and got the loan within a few days. Recently lost a card and tried to get a replacement fast tracked to me and went to the bank to pull out a little money to cover me until then. Nope. Got there a minute before closing and closed and locked the door in my face. Absolutely do not recommend using them.

Closed the drive thru and line inside is ridiculous. Also very confrontational about masks..

Bank of America is the worst bank I can tell how they charge for a freaking check that has their name on it. Taking advantage of people because they don't want to open an account with this robbing thieving bank. Just throw the bank away please!!

Easy access, lots of parking. Inside ATM allows you to select denomination of the bills you want to withdraw.

I got a check from a company who has an account there..........and they charged me $6.00 to cash the check which is drawn from their bank. I find that ridiculous and I referral all my clients to bank else where. I will never take another check to that bank again.....I would rather let it sit in my bank until they tell me it has cleared before going back there.
