Easy, smooth, transaction. I had a handgun shipped here and was a great experience. I was in and out in no time, and when I did have to wait, the conversation about music, international travel, and guns never lulled. The people here have amazing customer service standards and are super friendly, down to earth people; the kind you want to go out for a drink with!

Went in to purchase my first firearm with very little first hand knowledge outside of the internet. I had a idea of the caliber I wanted and was promptly assisted. The gentlemen that helped me name was Randal he was super knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering my spew of questions. I told him this was my first purchase, what I had in mind, and my price point was, and he showed me what they had in the glass cases and made unbiased suggestions on certain brands and models. I ended up choosing a Rock Island M1911 that was listed at a great price compared to any online competitors. He ran me through the background check which took about 10 minutes or so and got the results back instantly. I spent more time looking through their vast selection then doing paperwork, which was a relief. I would absolutely recommend checking them out if you’re a new buyer or even a veteran gun owner.

I've been a customer more than 10 years with numerous pawn transactions(always firearm pawns) and one purchase of a new pistol. I have paid them literally 100's of dollars in interest, but that's fine. Here's why I had to take the time to write this review and to rate them 1 star because zero wasn't available: I had my S&W AR-15 on a pawn that I was able to pay out and close out on 8/25/17. The interest was due on 8/24/17 $37.50. They refused to charge me for only one day of interest and instead charged me a full 30 days when I only needed ONE EXTRA DAY BEFORE I REDEEMED THE PAWN. The monkeys that are working there need to learn how to treat old customers that have a long history of patronizing the business. Very greedy.

Welp I had a good experience with Randy. I always go and see Randy since he was able to work with me at a time of need and struggle. Then later I was able to purchase a nice Springfield with them at a great discount price. Thanks Randy

Once bought a gun that turned out to be stolen from this pawn shop. Once the lady working at this pawn shop brought my wallet out to the car that I left with nearly $2000 in cash inside. Good and bad experiences but not a bad pawn shop, guns can be reported stolen after they are sold to a customer so I give them the benefit of doubt.

I ALWAYS have a good experience with them. I have purchased multiple firearms with them and have not been let down yet.

I went there to purchase a XD 9mm. I got delayed in the background process, which was okay with me because they had warned me before taking my money that sometimes it’s a wait and sometimes it’s not, it all depends on the FBI. Great pawn shop I’ll continue to go there

Worst pawn shop around town. Went in to sell a firearm and was told they will give me 200 for it. He said they sell them for 400 all day long welp guess what was on the shelves?5 of my exact gun with a price tag of 799+ USED! I know it's a pawn shop and they try to get the most money out of something but everything there that is used has a price tag of more than it would cost new! No customer service either.
