DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! My boyfriend bought his car here in March (which I accompanied him) and got told false information. They told him they’re military friendly and they’ll provide certain things if he gets deployed and that same month he was getting deployed they told him something else. They lied about the monthly payments and are overcharging him for the vehicle he purchased. What makes it more crazy is he had his payments on Autopay while he is currently deployed and they towed his car because the payments weren’t going through and didn’t have the audacity to contact him via email, call and or text to let him know. Just one day the car was gone!! I’ve never witnessed the worst customer service and sales in my life. Do NOT trust this place, it will disappoint you!!!!!!!

I have to say that I have been turned down left and right due to my situation. I reached out to Omar at US Auto Sales on Yadkin rd, and I was approved. Got to the office today and although Omar was not available Candice did her thing and I drove off the lot in my car. Yall have to go check them out they will keep it 100 with you and do everything in there power to get you approved and back on the road. THANK YOU Candice and Omar YOU BOTH ARE THE BEST.

I would definitely recommend US Auto Sales to n purchase your next vehicle. My salesperson, Jasmine was professional and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got the car in wanted for the price I needed. Jasmine will do allmshe can to ensure that you drive off the lot with the car of your dreams.

Absolutely the worst. I should have never traded my vehicle here. I bought a Ford Fusion with in a month after having it, the brakes went bad. Pep boys told me that they were to the point where they could have locked up. Of course very concerning to me and my children , I let them keep the car but they advised me that the warranty company does not cover the breaks and rooters. $1200 worth of work to be done. Sure enough I called and they didn’t. I let US auto know the situation and I was pretty upset about it and they advised me the car was inspected prior to buying it. Ain’t no way the breaks passed that inspection. But they managed to work something out with the warranty company and the covered 80%. I came back to US auto and told them what the warranty company would cover. They said they would cover only 50%. Which left me with $150 out of pocket. Not a lot but I still feel I shouldn’t have to come out of pocket for a repair that should have been done before I bought the car. Then my payments are bi-weekly and I get paid weekly. The payment is 214 every two weeks. So basically like $428 a month. Back to back not to mention my other bills. A little too much to cover especially for a vehicle that is unreliable. Then they hit my credit hard with a $18,000 loan when they gave me $4000 for the truck I traded, $2k for a discount they had and the car was for sale for like $16k. Very very poor customer service. You can’t get a hold of the actual dealership, you have to call the 800 number who goes to a call center and then transfer you to a dealership in your location. Multiple times I had to go up to the dealership just to talk to someone. They don’t want to help you. They sell poor condition cars for high prices. My car on KBB is at least $10-11k. $18k for a 2013 Ford Fusion is unbelievable.This car went through so much servicing in the past and had an accident in the carfax I received I am very uncomfortable and unsatisfied with this vehicle. I just want my $4000 for my truck and they can keep this raggedy car.

Rayanna helped with my pre-qualification approval process making it super easy to go in and look at my options rather than spending alot of time doing all of that at the dealership. Jasmine was amazing with helping with my car options and finding the right fit for me. They were both were amazing during my process and I'm thankful for them both! Nate is a very good representative. Customer services is great. Quality performance and the process is timely decent. Love the car I picked. 2014 Chevy impala. So satisfying to put $1,000 down. I'm good to go.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Sonic on Dec. 23 2021. The check engine light was on. It was an emergency situation, I had no car. I was told it would be fixed, it was it took almost 1 month to correct the problem. Second issue on April 21, I went over a bump, the black security box popped out and grabbed onto the brake as I was driving. Pulled over on Ramsey St. And got the black box that had caught the wires on the brake, unwrapped it from the brake, and put it back in the dashboard. Went to Walmart, came out car didn't start. A mechanic tried to jump the car. My puppies were crazy. Car started, (I sat in Walmart parking for 7 hours with two small dogs) finally the mechanic came back and reset the car and I was able to get home. I called Frank, the man who is the manager. He did not answer. Right after I called my niece called and Frank picked up. Explained the issue and he towed the car to Pep Boys who verified was the black security box. It is 3 weeks into the black box issue and Still with out a car. Call US Auto,leave messages, no return call. Do not have extended warranty for the car. But. I was told by the black box people it, that this is this has to do with the black box and they would fix it. When??? I just made another phone call, my car is still not ready, what cc can CB Hey

What ever you do, DO NOT purchase the warranty when you purchase your vehicle because it does not cover ANYTHING. When I first got my 2016 Kia Sorento there were multiple things that needed to be fixed that I was told would be covered under the warranty but when I called the warranty company they said it wasn't covered so I had to pay out of pocket. Also the amount of insurance coverage you need to purchase the vehicle is ridiculous. My insurance was over $300 a month because of all the stipulations. Also the if you purchase a vehicle plan to spend an extra $10,000 in financing fees. This place is a scam. I let them take it because paying $700 in car payments and insurance was just too much. I got my tax money and bought a BMW X5 flat out. Don't have to worry about them anymore. Stay away from this company. Also if you miss 2 payments in a row remove all of your personal items from the vehicle because they will not let you get it back when they repossess it.

My experience was nothing short of amazing! Everyone I worked with from management to my sales representatives & closing representative were absolutely great they all worked as a team to get me taken care of! I will be referring everyone I know!

I got a 2015 Kia Soul and I've already been to Pepboys twice and I haven't had it for 90 days. First it was the battery being dead in the first 2 weeks of me having it...now it's the air conditioning with smoke coming out of the vents. I call the warranty people and they tell me I'm responsible for the test that's needed on the air conditioning and that's almost $300 dollars. Then they might cover some of the other things if its in my contract...wow I've never purchased a vehicle and have had to come out of my pockets and I haven't even owned it for 90 days. So if you purchase a vehicle from these people make sure you get it checked out immediately...that was my mistake smh
