If you are going to deposit a check from a different account just be ready for them to delay it for Two weeks for “fraud purposes “ depending on the color or your skin it will be a higher percentage that will likely happen to you. The person in the front is really rude when “trying to help” just save yourself the trouble and the ahead ache

Typically wait no less than 45 minutes to over an hour in the line to do a simple deposite through the drive through. Usually only 1 teller working 3 lines of cars. Limited hours open and a very long drive from Linden. I dread going to this bank.

It's like Walmart used to be. 40 people in line and 1 teller working during the busiest parts of the day.

Visited the cross creek location 1SEP wait was only 10 minutes. I am not sure if the lobby was open but all the parking spots were taken Call first if you need to go in. COVID-19 has everyone on edge so companies are taking extra precautions to keep people safe, which is great. Since corporate was aware that 3 of 4 branches within a 30 mile radius would be closed plans should have been made to prevent customers from sitting in a drive thru lane for 2 hours. I closed all my Bank of America accounts after the last data breach but unfortunately my clients, family and friends insist on using BOA for their banking needs. Since BOA stopped accepting cash from non-account holders I have to deposit checks or money orders . I can not use mobile banking or an ATM and going inside was a long wait before the pandemic. I would love to help family and friends in need during a financial crisis but can't because I do not have 2 hours to sit in line. Furthermore, if you close at 4 I do not expect to be told the car in front of me is the last car at 1:53. Quality, reliability and trust should be removed as core values for Bank of America.

Stopped by yesterday afternoon at 440pm to find out the hours are 10am-4pm. After most people go to work and the bank closes as most people leave for work. Showed up on Saturday for hours of 10-1pm and the bank is extremely busy. 2 tellers working with a line out the door and the drive thru length of chick-fil-a. Not exactly sure how this is the only Bank of America for an area with estimated 200k population in the city and the hours that cannot accommodate the population. I need a new bank.

My checking account was scammed by computer hackers. The security call was late. I didn't exactly know what was going on untill 3 days later. Please don't do business with this bank. My money wasn't secure 😭. Know there asking me to make payment arrangements to pay the scammers for there activity they done. Bank of America has taken my SSI deposit. They even took my savings.... Bank of America has no understanding for the customer. I was the victim here.

Drive through teller wait time is horrible. Filled out my deposit slip sent my check with my debit card. Teller sends back my check and said I didn’t put a account number and also no debit card. I had to remind her the debit card was sent.

in my opinion they are completely incompetent, never had such a hard time opening an account in all my life they don't want poor people to have accounts but instead payday loans and check cashing places

If you need to use the lobby (like to open an account or deposit coins) don't waste your time driving here. It's been closed since at least Wednesday (April 28th). I went there that day and he said it would be closed the rest of the week even to appts. Came back today (5/5) and it's still closed. The drive thru lines are crazy but you can't deposit coin rolls in the drive thru. I usually don't have a problem with bank of America but this branch is awful. I won't be coming back here.

I walked in this institution at 3:36 today, and there was approximately 6 people ahead of me. I waited in line for over 20 minutes with 2 tellers on the teller line, and there were about 7 people in line behind me. I approach the teller to make a deposit, and was told I'm sorry we don't take cash deposits for non-customers. I understand that every bank has their own policies set in place, but you guys need a sign visible for non Bank of America customers. The teller wasn't friendly nor asked me if I would be interested in opening an account there. (Perfect opportunity). Some of the employees appeared very sloppy in attire. This is a professional environment! Management needs to step in and further train their staff on cross-sales and appropriate work attire!

Amber helped my 18 yr old open his student account and was very informative. She was very thorough. I can't speak for anybody else but I recommend doing business with her.
