Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union Skibo Rd, Fayetteville

This bank is just generally horrible in every way. Outdated, unimpressive, and unnecessary. They operate as though it's still 1997. I went in to get a replacement card, I waited in line for 10 min, when I reached the teller she was rude and acted like she had never heard the term ATM card, she then said u have to go to the desk for that. Went to the desk, told her why I was there, gave her my ID as requested and was told to sit and wait. After waiting for some time, she hands me a form to fill out. I waited 15 min for her to give me a slip of paper. I began filling it out and she says, oh wait we can't do it, the primary needs to be here. I left after wasting 25 min of my time.

This bank is messy,slow and unprofessional. I would not open account for my dog here. They have no consideration for time at all. They having you sitting around like you at home waiting on dinner.They dont come and update you nonething I just sat and sat and sat there.There customer service is awful and they are rude as hell.

Trying to get an actual person on the phone is impossible! I have a vehicle financed with them and paying my car payment should not be this difficult! When I do get someone on the phone, it takes 20 minutes to process a payment, and they charge me $10 for phone payment. But they won't give me my account number over the phone so I can use the online portal. They tell me to come in to a branch. I LIVE 3 HOURS FROM THE CLOSEST BRANCH! When I had damage to the vehicle in a hurricane, the insurance was legally required to issue the check to FBFCU because it was greater than $5k, but then FBFCU wouldn't release the funds for the repairs until THEY inspected it... how am I supposed to get the repairs done, without the money, and then get the repair shop to let me drive the vehicle 3 hours away for FBFCU to inspect it, all before paying?? Ughhh! Horrible.

Terrible customer service, been waiting over for a year to get a title change which they keep Blaming on the dmv when it is indeed their fault. Can’t get anyone to call back, assist, or follow up!

I'm not sure why the ratings are so low, but I've banked here for more than 20 years. I opened accounts for all of my children here. The associates are always nice. Any changes i need to make to my account are immediately taken care of. They don't hassle me with unnecessary calls, junk mail, or crazy banking fees. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to take time out and let people know that the fort Bragg Federal credit Union on skibo it's probably the best bank or credit union I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are the most professional and courteous group I've ever seen and EJ is probably one of the best tellers I've had the pleasure of meeting he's absolutely an asset to the credit union as well as Cassandra. I hope the credit union knows what group they have again thank you y'all are awesome.

My monthly payments constantly changes. I'm always left to pay a balance when i have corrected the issue already. They are slow at getting back to people on things. Its average at best but not somewhere i would recommend for prompt service.

Today, I noticed that face masks are optional. It's easy in and out depending on the time of day. The staff is incredible. Thanks for the great experience for each visit. Keep up the good work!

They need to update their services and you can never get anyone after hours for emergency’s.

My mom has been working here for 10+ years... I have had an account with them for about 5 years now. I have NEVER had any issues from them... Everyone I have met and talked to is extremely helpful and nice! The ONLY problem is when they THINK you have fraud charges on your card (s) ... a number calls to resolve the issue but half the time the hold stays on the card for some reason and you have to wait til the next business day to talk to a teller in the bank... that is the only problem i have had.
