We loved working with this company! Everyone we interacted with so pleasant and professional, from start to finish. Nathan was the one to come out and do our quote, and he was so incredibly thorough, helpful, and friendly. He is really creative and talented and came up with a cool custom option, which we ended up choosing! The team that installed the fence was wonderful too! It was the Grande team (we’re in Durham, NC). They worked quickly and efficiently, and kept us informed and obtained our input along the way! Besides being so excited about our cool ranch style fence (for our new doggy), I’m even more appreciative of the ease of working with this company. It was easy and stress-free, and I never felt like they were pushing me to make a decision. Nathan listened my exact needs and budget, and there were no surprises on installation day. We would use them again at our next house!

We moved into our new home last May, and it has always been a priority to get a fence put in so our dog could go outside. After shopping around and comparing prices, especially with the way lumber expenses are, we knew we had to go with Superior Fence! Couldn’t beat the price and quality of wood with this company! Lino and his crew were outstanding and such a pleasure to work with! I’ve never seen such beautiful work done in such a short amount of time. I expected a large crew of people, but just three guys built our fence and enclosed our back yard in just a day and a half! They were extremely professional, cleaned up after themselves, had so much respect for our property, and were willing to go above and beyond to help us get the fence of our dreams! It’s already the talk of our street! Lino and his crew arrived early and stayed late into the day until the sun started setting to make sure we got our fence in a timely manner. Thank you so much to Lino and his crew, as well as Superior Fence for helping us get exactly what we wanted! We will definitely be using y’all again in the future for any other updates!

We just had a fence installed by Superior Fence & Rail and are so happy with how it turned out - would highly recommend them! From the initial consultation with Steve to the actual installation with Adam, Luis, and Juan - everyone was professional and took the time to make sure what they built for us was exactly what we needed and wanted. Our fence looks great and we feel great about the quality - the generous warranty shows they stand behind their work. Very happy we worked with them!

We had Lino and his team come and build our fence, and they did such a good job! We have a big yard and they managed to complete the entire project in just two days! We are extremely pleased with the whole process! Derek was who gave us our estimate and he was very thorough and even gave us our quote on the spot which was unusual compared to the two other companies we had come out. It worked really well and we are very pleased with our brand new wood privacy fence. Thank you Lino and the team!

Overall great experience with Superior, which means a lot in these times. We have a backyard pool project which has been challenging. Nathan came out on time as promised, listened to us, and provided a design and price that met our needs. Scheduling our installation was exactly how they said it would be, including updates due to weather. Stacey was a big help with scheduling and kept us promptly informed. Last but not least is the installation crew. Team NAVA was the best! Showed up on time, listened to our requests and went to work. The result is amazing! And they cleaned up--I couldn't find anything out of place after they left. Thanks Superior team!

I am extremely happy with my fence. From the point of contact with sales, to Stacy and her project management and customer service to team Adan who installed the fence, I could not be more pleased. Team Adan's workmanship and attention to detail was really appreciated as they had to negotiate quartz boulders in the ground which did not make the install easy.

We contracted with Superior fence for our backyard fencing project. Shawn performed the assessment and provided estimate. Stacey led the scheduling and all subsequent communication. They themselves took care of utility demarcation in advance of the install date. Stacey was very thorough and transparent, and easy to work with! I’d highly recommend this company.

Angel and his team were great! They showed up exactly when they said and took the time to go through the process; what to expect and answered all our questions. The team finished on time and the fence looks amazing. Was really a great group of guys. They seemed to truly enjoy what they were doing and had fun while doing it. Angel was truly so nice to work with.

Lino and his crew were exceptional both in terms of representing Superior Fence and Rail and in executing the job and workmanship to our specifications. Our communication during the entire two days was exemplary and it was quite clear that getting the job done to our satisfaction was of primary importance to all the crew. We are thrilled with the work done on our property by Lino and crew and highly recommend their workmanship and character to all who might engage them.

It was definitely a long process to actually get the fence date, they told us it would be a long lead time at the day of our quote but they didn’t say that they wouldn’t even be able to schedule us on the calendar for several weeks too, and then due to weather our date got pushed back. But in the end the team did a great job, professional, cleaned up, and were very nice and answered questions (shout out to team Lino!). Also the final cost is exactly what was quoted which was great. I would highly recommend them.

Adam,Luis, and Juan were extremely professional, helpful,knowledgeable and on-point and fast. They had a system going! 3 guys did 500' of fence in a day and a half for me as well as helped me out with a neighbors repair to their fence. These guys crushed it! Yes I found it quite expensive for this fence however you get what you pay for! My fence is gorgeous and you can tell the difference between mine and everyone else's fence material in the neighborhood. I can't speak for the price it sucks and is expensive however the guys doing the labor killed it and went out of their way to look out for me!

The crew, Adean, Luis and Juan, arrived as scheduled and put in a full day in very warm weather. They finished the installation on the second day. They stayed on task all throughout the installation and gave us a quality product. We are quite happy with the product and the installation. I would definately recommend this product, company and crew.

We had Grande's Crew and they did an amazing job. We have a fairly uneven yard and they ensured that the fence was level and back-filled low spots so that there weren't any GAPS. Oscar and his team were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lino and his crew did a fantastic job installing a shadowbox wood fence for our townhome. They got to work immediately on our scheduled install date and got the old fence down and new fence up all in a day. Everything from the walkthrough to the cleanup was done quickly and professionally.

Angel Tellez did a great job installing our privacy fence. He and his workers were professional, punctual, and explained the process very well. We would highly recommend this company.

We chose to work with Superior Fence and Rail because the estimator said it would take 4 weeks from the day of his visit to install our fence. He said the partnership with Home Depot meant Superior always had items in stock. He assured us our choice of a split rail fence with welded wire was a basic, uncomplicated fence. On 8/30/21 Stacey texted me to say we could install on 9/7/21. Almost immediately, she corrected herself saying she didn't know when the wire would be in stock. I contacted her multiple times to follow up and she did not respond until 9/9 to put us on the schedule for 10/6-10/7/21. On 9/27 Stacey informed me Superior was not able to find the end rail posts needed for our fence. She told me she was "sure I had been told our fence was a special order" fence (contradicting the original estimator). She told me there was no estimated date for when our fence would be installed. We had already paid the 50% deposit. I spoke with Stacey at length about my disbelief that she was telling me this news a week before install - to which, Stacey eventually hung up on me. I called back to ask for the manager's number - Mike. I expressed that I was unhappy with her customer service and the indefinite delay and she said "good luck" trying to get a discount from Mike. I reached out to Stacey multiple times because I was able to find the end posts in stock at different locations, but she did not respond. On 9/28 Stacey informed me she found the material and our fence could be installed on 10/16. The 10/16 Saturday installation day arrived and we received no confirmation call ahead of time. I had to call Stacey (waking her up at 830am) in the morning to see when/if the crew was arriving. Later in the afternoon it became clear there was not near enough material to complete the job - the crew had about 50-65% of what they needed. A crew member called Stacey on speakerphone to inform her of the situation. They asked if she wanted to speak with the customer and she emphatically said "No no no! I'll text them on Monday." Monday we called the owner Mike to speak about when our fence would be finished and he never returned our phone call. We spoke with Stacey who said she would personally come out for our final installation (now 10/23) to make sure our fence was the way we wanted, although she never showed up. We had a number of issues with how the fence was installed as the crew ended up working in the dark. The biggest issue was the welded wire installation. It has always been listed on our contract to leave a gap at the bottom of the wire. However, when the crew installed the wire, they installed it all the way to the ground. The wire also stuck up beyond the top rail. When confronted, Stacey said they never had the option to order a different size wire. That information should have been communicated to us from day one. As installed, we had sharp, jagged wire at the top and bottom of the fence because they had to cut the wire. See photos. A crew member called Stacey to ask about cutting the wire and we heard her on speaker phone say "Just do it, I told them we would, just do it so that you never have to come back to this house EVER AGAIN." That emphasis was hers, not mine. We are beyond disappointed with the customer service we've received along the way for this project. We've been strung along and clearly Stacey's attitude towards us has impacted how she conducted the business of our job - not ordering enough material, not communicating about the wire, and more. Our fence finally has been repaired so it is no longer dangerous as of May 2022. We attempted to call/email/text the owner, Stacey, the owners in Jacksonville and no one returned our call. It is in the contract that faulty worksmanship will be covered by the company. It was only when we threatened legal action because of the dangerous fence we have on our property they finally sent out someone to "repair" it. The customer service of this company is atrocious. Take your business elsewhere.

I’m very happy with my whole experience with Superior Fence & Rail. Jacob was a great resource in explaining all of my options and getting me a great quote. On install day, Adon, Luis and Esmeralda were a great crew and answered any questions I had on that day. They did a great job and I couldn’t be more satisfied!

The team of LINO was great. They where here early morning and left late. They cleaned after themselves each evening. They were very respectful to our property as well as to our neighbors. If a concerned came up, they immediately took care of it. It was a pleasure having them

During the month of April 2022; my fence was damaged, and I contacted Superior Fence to get an estimate and to have the fence repaired. I was informed the type fence I have must be ordered and assembled prior to installation and would not be available until June 2022. It was worth the wait!! Team Davis repaired my fence today - Great Job! The team was very professional from start to finish.

Angel and his team worked with ridiculous quickness to install our vinyl fence. They installed over ~150 linear feet in just over half a work day, despite the heat index being over 105F. Their work was excellent. Awesome crew of incredibly hard working guys—would hire again in a heartbeat. I also want to add a mention of Jacob B. in sales and Stacey M. in client operations. They were both instrumental to our five star experience. I can’t thank them enough for their help in facilitating the process.

We had Superior come out and build a board on board privacy fence for us in our backyard last month. There were initially some aesthetic concerns, but Stacey connected us with Team Angel, who came out and completely fixed the concerns that we had—all under the workmanship guarantee. We really appreciate the fact that they followed through to a high standard!

The Grande team was awesome! They asked questions to get clarification, made the site work, cut away trees and branches(for an additional fee as stated in the contract) as needed to get the fence where we wanted. They worked diligently, cleanly and with purpose. They gave us exactly what was laid out in our plan and did it all super fast! I didn’t think a one day install on a 280lf fence was even possible.We are so happy with the results, but even more importantly, Lily, our Bernese Mountain Dog is thrilled to finally have a safe, secure yard 🙂🐶 Because of supply chain issues we did have to wait a bit for installation but it was totally worth it! We have actually had 3 fences installed over the years at various properties we’ve lived and this was by far the smoothest and fastest install. Thank you!

The Superior Fence LINO team replaced an old deteriorating wood fence with a brand new one in one day. The team was professional and quickly addressed any issue we raised. The new fence looks great! The team was friendly and courteous, and I would use them again.

We had our fence installed by Team LINO with Superior on Monday and I was super impressed with their efficiency and the quality. These guys worked hard and quick and I think our fence looks better than others in our neighborhood. Definitely satisfied!!

My install team was Lino those guys did a great job , showed up on time and worked to 5:30 the 1st day. On day 2 I checked my cameras outside about 40 mins after the should have arrived and they were all the way across the backyard. 3 hrs later they called me and had finished up 3 hrs early. I went home and everything was good , well built and everything was cleaned up. Had a great start from the beginning from the email to inquire, to Derek showing up for the walk thru. Great job to the crew only took 1.5 days. Thanks superior fence I’m very pleased!!!!!!!

Had my fence installed about 6 months ago and have been very satisfied with the workmanship. Had a issue recently come up and had to have their team come out and fix it. Grande and team came out on a Sunday and fixed my fence with an amazing turn around time. Would definitely consider use Superior again. 💯💯

Had vinyl fence installed. Highly recommend you request Devis and his team as installers if hiring Super Fence. Definitely request a wood sample if deciding on a wooden fence. I was told by Sales Consultant that all wood was pretreated. There was no evidence of treatment/unacceptable wood quality and had to change from wooden fence to vinyl fence. Paid 14 Feb and installed on 19 April due to various reasons on their end. If you don't mind waiting. Devis does an incredible job.

Angel's installation team was superb and professional. We had a smaller, albeit more difficult, fence installation with many grounding challenges (multiple wireless, electric, gas, etc.), and the team was efficient in every aspect. Highly recommend.

Ms. Stacy Milan is very professional and patience, she schedule when the pre-installation checks come, when installation will happen, if the weather is good, etc. Our installation is Team Javy, Team members Jonathan, Joel, and Juan. They always give you this warmest smile, showing you there are such harmony, understanding, and supportive to each other within their team.
