Went to 2 pawn shops in nc. Paymore in cary and this place and this place is way better and my review aint fake to people reading. Went in with a tv got 60 out the door easy and tv only worth like 140 to 150 so that was a solid deal. Then i went in with a chessboard and traded it for 3 ps2 titles. Was in the the store for 5 minutes super quick. Definitely recommend they will work with you if you are just nice and talk to them.

I can’t say enough good things about these people. I have been going here for about 12 years. They have always been wonderful to me. They go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I will never go anywhere else.

This was the best pawn shop I've ever dealt with. They were very helpful. Listened to what I needed and didn't try to just sell me something. I not only would recommend them but would encourage anyone to stop by and let them help you too.

I have done a lot of business with these people over the last 10 years at least and they have never been anything but kind, fair, and very helpful! They are all very nice people and I’ve never had any problems. I have nothing to gain by making this up, it’s just my experience with them.

This pawn shop doesn't really have very many employees, it's mostly family members. In addition, don't expect to take 'em to the cleaners... they know their stuff and will not consider any transaction that doesn't net them a minimum of 200% profit on investment. They estimate their offers as 50% of the cheapest buy-it-now price on used items from e-bay (meaning that their estimate process is total crap since ebay is full of BS and those prices don't include S&H). As long as you go in expecting to deal with a pawn shop that expects to make good money off you, you'll be treated fairly and they would generally rather keep a customer coming back than take your stuff and sell it (long-term vision instead of short-term profit via loss perspective).

Poor service. You can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. Don’t waste your time there.
