Had issues with my credit card linking to my pay pal account and it was referencing the bank issuer as a code fault. When I called them to clarify the issue they we very very rude and belittling and could not give a logical answer as to why my issue was occurring basically making it feel like it was operator (me) error and not their fault. It was very frustrating and honestly wish I could just get that 20 minutes of my life back. Just wasn't worth it. Better off going elsewhere. Chase and bank of America treat their customers like actual people. It's unfortunate seeing navy fed drop in quality like this since 2007.

I usually say great things about NFCU and recommend clients there, but a very RUDE encounter with Vivian has made me reconsider. It costs nothing to be polite and not HASSLE account holders

Terrible service, came in for a auto loan and was giving the wrong amount then had me wait for hours just to tell me they can't cancelled it until Monday (this was a Friday) and only gave me a number to call for me to plea for a cancellation for their mistake. Update: Monday came and it's still not cancelled.

Went to this location today because someone. made purchases with my check card and I wanted to get a new card. When I checked in I noticed it was busy; but more than happy to wait my turn. Unfortunately, people that came in after me kept getting called ahead of me. When I was quickly approaching the 1 hour mark , I went to the same person who checked me in ( at this point there were 4 others waiting all of which came in way after me). She informed me there was still 2 ahead of me - how the heck does that happen. I’ve been to tons of NFCU locations and have never been treated like I was not an important member; or person for that matter

On the 3rd of June, 2022, I attempted to do a deposit at the atm machine in front of the Navy Federal bank because it was after hours. The machine kicked out all the my cash except for $20.00. I could see the $20.00 bill jammed inside of the machine but I couldn’t retrieve it. I called Navy Federal once I left the atm. I was informed that a dispute could be filed regarding the issue. I called them about a 5 days later to find out what the status was regarding the dispute. I was informed that they were still investigating the situation. I didn’t hear anything back from them. No email or anything. I called once again on the 14th of June. I was informed by the representative that because they didn’t see anything wrong with the atm or the balances. I am highly frustrated not only because I am now out of $20.00 I was NEVER even given the proper respect to inform me of their findings!

Navy Federal steals your money. DON'T BANK WITH THEM!!!! I made a deposit at the 3 weeks ago, and till today they claim that funds had been deposited and there is nothing showing on my account

Came in to the branch office to pick up a pre approval auto loan Check. I was told to wait in the line for the tellers which was wrapped all through the line set up plus more. The last time I did this I just came in and someone gave me the check shortly after I arrived. Now I have to wait in this 30 min line just to pick up the check. Not very efficient for the customers.

Came in to get a cashiers check and the teller was rude and had a nasty attitude. Customer service was horrible, remember you work for the members and not the other way around.

Service was friendly and able to do more than I had hoped to accomplish today.
