This is literally the best dealership my mom & I have ever been to. The staff were all so kind. Mr. Dave Clark and and Sean the sales manager did such a great job in helping me buy my first car at 20 years old!! I had such an amazing experience. Everything was quick & efficient. I purchased a new vehicle in April 2022. The experience was great. There was not a lot of wasted time with negotiating tactics. We quickly agreed on a price and they gave me an accurate estimation of vehicle arrival time. PJ Williams expertly walked me through the process. I took my car to 2 different places and neither could figure out the issue which I spent 2 days trying to find out! Not even 5 minutes in my stop to Hyundai the awesome mechanics helped me and fixed my issue, not just that they even washed my car! My experience receiving service on my vehicle at Lee Hyundai has been nothing less than stellar. Both the parts department and service department went above and beyond. Waiting room was super toasty despite it being a 29 degree morning, snacks, shuttle service, car wash. I truly was blown away. I’m not used to such nice service at dealerships. Will definitely be returning for all of my servicing.

This place is amazing! I got my 1st car from them in 2017 they went above and beyond to get me in a car I wanted 2014 elantra Unfortunately I was rear ended and it was totalled. They again went above and beyond and got me in a 2022 elantra at amazing rates, amazing warranty plan and they listen and are honest and realistic about what they can do for you. I recently purchased my third car from Lee Hyundai. I still have my 2005 Santa Fe and 2013 Elantra. They have been very reliable vehicles. Therefore, I went back to Hyundai for my new 2022 Tucson. I did not at any time feel pressured to buy a vehicle, and they even gave me extra time to think about my decision before purchasing my Kona N Line w. Tech package. By far, the best experience in buying a vehicle ever in my life, and I have bought many a vehicle. While driving on I-95, our sunroof on our new 2022 Santa Fe Hybrid exploded and shattered glass down on us. Fortunately we were not hurt and we were able to vacuum up some of it at a local church and then proceeded to the Fayetteville Hyundai dealership. We are so thankful for this dealership and the great customer service in their Service department. They took our car in right away to remove the rest of the broken glass. I purchased an Ioniq 5 crossover from Lee Hyundai and the experience reminded me of why I continue to buy Hyundais. First of all, the receptionist, Ms. Veronica, was a delight every time I came in there. She even remembered my name when I returned! Thaddeus Hoffman showed me the Ioniq models and talked about the features. We realized that a different trim level would be my ideal and rather than try to convince me to get one already on the lot, Thaddeus worked with me to get the perfect car for me. He kept me updated over text message (my preference) even when there wasn't an update to let me know he hasn't forgotten about me. I got my car sooner than I expected and the whole buying experience was easy. There were no high pressure tactics to get extended warranties, and they even let me know that the warranty I am getting with the car is really good and I'll be fine. I ran into the GM out in town and he thanked me for buying from them. When my license plate came in, they offered to put it on my car for me, showing their customer care does not stop when they complete their sale. I would recommend Lee Hyundai for anyone looking for a car, and I love driving my new Ioniq 5.

We recently purchased a car from Lee Hyundai and, I have to say, it was probably the best car buying experience of my life. From start to finish, the buying process was transparent and seamless. Everyone we worked with ( Tiffany Jackson in Internet Sales and her manager Brittany Shockney; Dee Mott, Product Specialist; and Tony Calcutt, Business Manager) was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. And this was the first time ever in my experience of buying a new car that a dealership didn't try to hard sell me additional packages and add-on's. Not really sure how this place has a 4.6 rating. I was quoted a price for a specific car (I had record of the VIN) on 4/14 Only to drive over an hour there with our 3 children (4 and under) on 4/15 for them to try to sell me a trim level above the car i wanted, then a used car of the trim level above, then tell me the car i orginally came for had a deposit on it. The sales manager (J) says the system couldn't tell me what day the deposit was put on it. I talked to the sales representative (S) on Saturday and she told me the deposit was put on it on 4/12 --- BEFORE I HAD EVEN CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THE CAR. We walked away angry, disappointed, and completely disheartened. Ended up getting a car from Pinehurst Hyundai and had a WONDERFUL experience with Devonte.
We apologize for any miscommunication. The manager said he tried to make amends by selling the higher trim SEL for the same price but understand your frustration. We apologize and congratulations on finding a vehicle you are happy with.

I only have good things to say about this dealer. I have purchased two cars from them already and the experience have been great, both times. Their staff is really friendly and helpful. Our first car had an issue with the engine and it was covered under the warranty. They took it in to replace it and they were great at follow up with us and keeping us on the loop with what was happening. Last time we went there was a couple of weeks ago, and we were helped by salesman Andre Monroe. He went above and beyond to get us a deal that could fit our needs. Ask for him if you need to buy a car in there. We are really happy with their service and we highly recommend this dealer to everyone.

I purchased my first brand new car ever on 08/29/2020 a 2021 Hyundai Palisade. I have to say that my experience was and will be unforgettable. Mr. PJ was my salesman and he was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had been wanting to trade my old vehicle for quite some time. My intentions were not really to purchase a vehicle that same day. I had been looking at the new Hyundai Palisades. I fell in love with that SUV since I first saw it. But some reason I ended up moving forward with the process. I think it was fate for me to walk into this dealership and meet Mr. PJ he was very understanding and helped all he could to make me happy. I enjoy my KONA!!!! The purchase was easy and simple. Andy, my salesperson was awesome! He was knowledgeable and broke down everything that I asked him. The finance dept gave me lots of information on my vehicle warranty. It was clean with a full tank of gas. Everybody was nice and the coffee was hot. Literally drove 2 hours and 15 minutes for absolutely NOTHING! Undervalued my trade by $2500. 2 other Hyundai dealers appraised my vehicle at $18-19k, Lee was at $15.5k! No way! I went hours away to Lee Hyundai because they have a vehicle in route in the exterior & interior color that I've been looking for. None available in my area as of yet. After sitting with a salesman at Lee & going over ridiculous numbers, I explained I've already been to 2 other Hyundai dealers and been approved at both through Hyundai financing and the numbers was much, much lower. After that, everyone (salesman & managers) pretty much showed no interest in negotiating & lied & said banks were closed and they weren't getting any answers.... (old tactics). I took myself & my family & my $25,000 back home. After the disrespect & wasted time, I'll be glad to wait & spend my money elsewhere. I guess I didn't "look like" I had 25k CASH on me so they pretty much ran me away.
We apologize the financing and deal didn't work out. If we would have submitted the loan with a large amount of cash down, it probably would have turned out different. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Ms. Melissa as well as Lee Hyundai themselves made it a great experience. I had previously came to Lee Hyundai to view and sit in all of the vehicles I was interested in purchasing prior to making a decision. Once I had time to review them and research what I really wanted I decided on the Hyundai Ioniq. Since they didn’t have a color I was partial to at the time I had requested to receive a call when more came in. I came back to Lee Hyundai once I made my decision and received a call that one I was interested in was available. I was treated to a detailed explanation of the Ioniq and it’s features from Ms. Melissa once I arrived. Of course, the price negotiation is always the tougher part of the process but I was able to leave feeling satisfied of the price we came to for my first car purchase. Once we came to a agreement and handled financing, Ms. Melissa filled up my vehicle and had the car cleaned prior to me leaving the dealership. I greatly appreciate the customer service I received and the patience she had during the process.

Over the weekend I visited Lee Hyundai to potentially trade my car in. I was greeted on the lot by a smiling (and very informative) salesperson, Melissa. Not only did she know the vehicles, but was such a nice and pleasant person to deal with. She presented each vehicle to me in a way that didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase a vehicle, but more in the manner that made me feel as though she was making sure that I was choosing something perfect to fit my lifestyle and needs. I would like to thank the staff of Lee Hyundai. Specifically Stephanie Craig and Beto in the service department. We were driving down I95 on our way to Florida from NY and had a flat tire in the early morning hours on Saturday 8/14. We tried to get help in Kenly NC—but of all the shops there, the best we got was they could possibly get to my tire on Monday (8/16) at best. My wife called up Lee Hyundai which was on our route and they were super helpful. They had a new tire on and us out the door in less than an hour and we were able to continue our vacation. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships before, but Lee Hyundai was by far the best and most enjoyable experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle! Mr. Dave was my salesman, who knew everything about the palisade. He kept me abreast on my vehicle’s “In Transit” status from the port to the dealership. He also had me in and out. Mr. Dave listened to my needs/wants and he delivered! Mr. PJ stepped in when Dave was unavailable and provided great customer service. Mrs. Veronica helped me set up my Bluelink account/app and thoroughly explained every functionality the app had to offer. She also made my appointment to get Xzilon applied on the interior and exterior of the vehicle and ensured that it was applied and applied correctly. If not, she would send it back until it was done to her satisfaction. I can’t say “Thank you” enough Mrs. Veronica! Lastly, Ms. Chantavia handled the paperwork (Finance). She didn’t miss a beat when it came to the finance side of the house. I didn’t have to wait because she had my paperwork ready. She explained everything thoroughly to where I had little to no questions. I must say everyone worked as a team and it was evident! I had an appointment for an oil change on the first of the month. I was very impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of the staff, both over the phone and in person. I did not have to wait long for the oil change. They also washed my car and patched a tire for me. Everything was done well and with thoughtfulness and professionalism. The employees wore masks and had a clear protective barrier at the service desk, which I greatly appreciated.

Andre! Go see Andre. I went to Lee Hyundai looking for one specific vehicle. We did talk about about pro’s and cons of this vehicle or another. After saying that I wanted the Santa Fe there was no more discussion of a different vehicle (which I appreciate.) Andre made my car buying experience easy. He listened, communicated effectively and efficiently. After purchasing he called to check in and helped me setup BlueLink over the phone. Very good experience so far with Lee. I don't really like to talk much because I try to go in with a plan and a price and not deviate. That being said the salesman who was helping us was pretty cool to talk to, got to talking about bikes and personal recommendations on a family vehicle. We'll be back once we re evaluate and do some research on the vehicles the gentleman gave us. If you're shopping around I never thought I recommend a salesman because they're all the same but Sean Scott has been by far the most helpful and not pushy at all which is a pet peeve of mine.

I was just threatened by sales manager Sean Scott with an 5,000-10,000 mark up charge just because I asked about the $2000 discrepancy between the sticker price on the window and market value listed on paperwork presented to purchase the vehicle. I was told it was for xzilon which was explained to be a clear coat that provides stain protection inside and outside of the vehicle. I was told in the beginning that it was an option. When I opted not to have it and asked to see a price without the coating I was basically told that it WOULD be on the car before it left the lot and he could add the $5,000-$10,000 markup on to the price because other dealerships were doing that. Per the Hyundai website the coat is an optional dealer add on. We made the choice to walk out as all other vehicles at other dealerships we viewed of the SAME make and model did not state anything about this charge nor did they have any large discrepancies in window sticker price.

My husband and I bought a car from here yesterday. Our salesman, Dee Mott was very kind and VERY informative about the vehicles we looked at. The process was smooth, and we were in and out of there with a brand new car in about 3 hours! That time frame includes test driving 2 different cars, and an appraisal for our trade in. If we need/want a new car in the future Hyundai will definitely be our first choice, and we will be working with Dee Mott again as well.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. My car’s paint was peeling (a well known defect on their cars), so since it’s under warranty I took it in thinking it should be an easy paint job. No. They had it in their parking lot for a week and a half—basically lost in their own parking lot. No one took it to get painted. So I come in with the loaner car thinking it’s ready (called the auto shop since calling Hyundai is a waste of time), and it had never been painted. Plus I had to do most of the calling to check on it the whole time. They had my car for weeks on end. It finally gets sent to the auto shop to get painted, but when I pick it up it’s dirty inside and out. I specifically asked for it to be cleaned because after a paint job it gets everywhere on the windows. I called the service manager to let him know, but it’s phone tag trying to get through to talk to them.

First off, I love my new car. I've never owned a new vehicle in my life and this is my first. It was a great experience and my sales representative Donald was perfect from beginning to end. He never tried the typical 'car salesmen' tactics. He knew what I wanted and where I needed to be and they made it happen. Easiest car buying experience ever! The only reason I am giving this a 4 star and not 5 is due to the lackluster attitude of what I believed to be the sales manager. Extremely dull, looked like he could care less to talk to me through any of the paperwork and could really care less about his job or being personable. This was the only down side to my experience. The 'manager' needs to take a lesson from my salesman Donald in customer service. My entire experience being as great as it was is based off my experience with Donald. I could've done without dealing with the unimpressive manager.

The day I purchased my vehicle, the salesman Tony was great and not pushy which I very much appreciated. The Customer service manager spoke to me personally which I also felt was wonderful. When I spoke to the finance guy he was professional and straight to business. He told me my other vehicle would be paid off in 5-7 business days. It's now been two weeks and Ford who I had a loan with has still not heard from them and when I called Capital One, the new loan company, they still don't have my information in the system which makes me wonder if they have even received my paperwork. I called a couple times and received no call backs for days and when I did now they are saying it can take up to three weeks. First rule of customer service, tell the worst case scenario so if it happens sooner the customer is happy and if it takes the longer time they are not upset because they were told something else. I am very disappointed at this moment. The day I bought the car everyone was amazing but do I no longer matter after you got the sale you wanted??? That's definitely how I feel at this point. Update: I again called the new finance company and was able to push everything through since they have been waiting to receive my correct phone number from Lee Hyundai since the 24th of July so now I was told they will receive the payment by noon today so they can pay off the old loan with Ford ...wonder how long that will take? So final update, Ford received their payment about four days after I posted this. I also received a phone call from someone (Mike) who apologized and also offered my next maintenance on him. I thought it was a nice gesture so will be changing my 2 star review to a three (if we could do halfs I would do 3.5)

Scheduled my appointment the night before. The staff had been friendly the entire time. This was the first time I have ever dealt with a dealership for maintenance and I was highly pleased! My Husband and I bought a 2022 Sonata SEL from Lee Hyundai on April 20th, 2022. We worked with Brittany and Thaddeus and I must say, it was such a pleasant experience. We did the majority of it from our home which was very convenient - saving us time actually spent at their dealership. When we arrived to pick up the car, Thad took us out for a quick test drive and then handled the paperwork while also explaining many of the car features to us that we were unaware of. Thad also drives a Sonata and thus was very familiar and knowledgeable about the car that we purchased. We were ready to just go home but decided to stop at Lee Hyundai and I am so glad that we did! PJ was our sales person and he was AMAZING from start to finish!!! I recently bought a car at Lee Hyundai after my car was totaled. I never would have chosen to buy a car in the current market, but I had no choice. I spent hours and hours researching cars and dealerships and chose to get my car from Lee Hyundai even though it is almost 2 hours from my house. I worked with Brittany Shockney on the price and reserving a car all via phone, text and email. She was amazing, so efficient, responsive, helpful and friendly. And this dealership did not add any extra fees, such as "advantage" this or that, or "market adjustments." That was very important to me. When my car arrived (earlier than expected!), we drove to the dealership and worked with Christian Campbell from that point on. He was also excellent! Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. And since buying the car, he has reached out several times to make sure I am happy, and just today he Facetimed with me to adjust a setting. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this dealership.

The worst experience in 40 years of buying new cars. First like Cameron 5 months ago price of vehicle was hacked up almost 2000.00 from sticker price was never told about I can almost guarantee they will stay it's a delivery fee. Multiple warranties we're added into price without telling, advising or asking if I wanted which I don't and went back and signed cancellation paperwork. When asked for a copy was told you can take a picture which of course I did was told would take a week or two to update my account it's been over 3 weeks still not updated. First payment was due I called finance and they said I wasn't even in the system. I then called dealership and was told bank lost paperwork and I needed to resign contract. I was told they would take care of the payment being late because of the bank losing paperwork. I was unable to go in person to sign so dealership finance came to work and I signed. I went to dealership to see about payment since it was past the March 2 due date was told I would need to make March and April payments right there and I did. I wish it ended there but the Hyundai finance posted payment to Feb. 2 and March 2 . I then started getting collection calls up to 10 calls a day saying I was past due and this was a collection call and payment was due which it wasn't first payment was for March 2 not February 2 this took phone calls to dealership to correct which was a week to fix.I then had engine light come on and called for service was transferred to service agent left message and waited 8 hours no phone call returned called back was told they were busy was transferred to another service representative and left voicemail to this day neither service representative has called back. I finally was able to make it to service department and was told they were to busy and I would need to make an appointment the next opening was 9 days later. Not a good experience with this dealership at all. Never going to buy anything from them again. Customer service is a joke!

Bryce was awesome!!!!! I went in honestly a little doubtful thinking I wasn’t going to get something I truly wanted and I was going to have to settle. I literally walked out with a brand new 2022 Hyundai Kona. He did everything in his power to make sure I did not settle and was so educated on everything. We were in the market for a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. After a lot of internet searches we found two cars were being delivered to Lee Hyundai. I called the sales department and spoke with Brittany to find out if the cars are still available. She gave me the entire rundown and also sent me the specifications via email and agreed to reserve our Tucson with a small deposit. My husband and I were under the weather and couldn’t make it to the dealership. We were supposed to go to the dealership last Saturday but the snow storm prevented us from driving to the dealership. Brittany kept in constant contact with me via text messages asking how we were feeling! It was a personal touch from someone who cares about the people and not a sale! We finally got to the dealership last night and Sean Scott and PJ were waiting outside for us when we pulled in to the parking lot. Sean welcomed us with the keys in hand and introduced us to PJ. PJ took us to see the car and processed our application and Scott stopped by to explain the financing! We were treated like Royalty and had the Red Carpet treatment. Brittany is very caring and answered all my concerns on several occasions. We are already planning to buy another car at Lee Hyundai where you feel you are a VIP. Poor communication and integrity. Before driving 2.5 hours to the dealership, I called and spoke to Hayley Dove. I informed Haley I would drive there the next morning to buy the car. Ten minutes before arriving, Haley called and informed me the car had sold. I would have been willing to pay a down payment to hold the car until early afternoon, had I known this could happen. Also, new cars are selling so quickly in the current market, Lee Hyundai would have had another buyer very quickly in the unlikely event my sale didn't work out. I ended up buying another car instead. Just over a month after the sale, I emailed the sales person (Josh Baxter) to ask when I should expect the registration and title. Two days later Josh hadn't responded, so I called to ask the same question. After a large number of phone calls and texts with a manager and someone in finance, I eventually learned that Lee Hundai hadn't yet supplied the DMV with the information they need to create the registration and title (more than a month after the sale). The situation could have been avoided if Lee Hyundai had simply given me a heads up there may be a delay with the title and registration.

I experienced engine issues while traveling on vacation. I blindly chose to have my car towed to Lee Hyundai and although I was apprehensive because I was not from that area (or even the state), I can say it was the best on-the-fly decision I could’ve made. Talita was very informative throughout the entire process. She touched base with me for 4 weeks during the process of replacing my engine. They are professional, courteous and so understanding. I expected an engine replacement to be a complete nightmare, but it was so far from it! What I anticipated to turn into months and months of some form of a hassle -ended up being an expeditious, worry free experience. I’ll probably never use them again (since I live 240 miles from the dealership) but I’ll never forget the care they provided for me in my desperation. Thank you so much! Dave Clark went above and beyond to help us when I purchased my vehicle, but that is where my endorsement ends. Since then, I have had difficulties with the Service Department, Finance Department, and whoever tried to transfer me by phone. I'll start with the finance department, because that's the problem today--I purchased multiple extended warranties from Lee Hyundai. Today when I contacted them to cancel because I had traded my car, they hung up on me. Then they called me back when I sent them a message, but apparently who would be able to help was not available. I was clear about what I needed in my email form, so I am unsure as to why I would be called by someone who did not have the ability to assist me. I still don't have the forms I need and I am owed back over $1000. Then, in reference to the extended warranties, I had already prepaid all of my oil changes and tire rotations for 100,000 miles. Unfortunately, the dealership did not honor this and I was charged multiple times for this. I did not realize that I should never had been charged until I went to ALM Hyundai in Florence and they informed me. At this point, I am not upset, but I do expect a business to follow through with what I was promised. I have already called the extended warranty company and I know what my refund should be. I just want Lee Hyundai to follow through with contractural obligations and I only want them to send me a form so I can complete the process. At this point, I would never recommend anyone to buy their car from Lee Hyundai. The purchasing experience was great--they want their money. The follow up, not so much so--I suppose that's because they already had their money. That's too bad, because my next purchase was going to be a Genesis. I got a Lincoln instead. Save yourself some time and heartache and go to Beach Automotive group in Myrtle Beach.

Bought a used car from them recently. Very fair price and no pushy sales tactics. I dealt with Thad. He was very laid back and easy to deal with and talk to. Not pushy or rushed at all. He entertained my offers and was polite. I also dealt with Sean in the sales team. Again, very friendly guy and we shared similar interests so we chatted for a bit. I showed up around 6:30 pm and left after their typical closing time. They didn't rush me or rush their processes. Would give them no star if I could, I got my car towed here back in March. I didn't get it back until 3 months later with more problems ever..and it needed a engine thats all. When the engine was replaced because of my because of my warranty. Now all of a sudden I have all kind of things they were saying is now wrong oh your AC, your battery, the main belt, the tires, the CV axle. Long story short don't get service done here especially if it has to sit. I did not have any other problems with my car until it came to this shop. NOT to mention they forgot to put a part on that goes underneath my car to hold to oil and threw it in the trunk of my car. I had to get someone to put it on. They didn't care find service somewhere else.

About 6 months ago, we went in to look at the Palisade. We were unsure if we wanted to buy then or when I got back in 6 months. We ultimately told our salesman, Dave, that we'd like to pursue a new vehicle when I return. He called me right after I had arrived home, and we set up the appointment. We arrived almost an hour late because life, but Dave was there and super helpful. The process was easy, and we were happy. Dave is a good salesman and understands what each customer innately desires in a new vehicle. This helps him tailor his approach to each person and focus on what matters most. The only regret I have is we had to leave earlier than expected, so we did not get to go over all the features. However, I've texted and called him a few times and he has answered any lingering questions. All in all, great experience from beginning, purchase, and afterwards. This is our fourth Hyundai from Lee Hyundai, and every time we've been satisfied. Kudos to the management and employees for making what is often a frustrating experience more palatable.

I walked into Lee Hyundai to look at a 2022 Santa Fe. First- They gave me a $5000 trade in offer off the bat, when every other dealership in town gave me an instant cash offer of $9500. Second- The sticker price was $30,200, when they brought the worksheet they had marked it up to $32,500 without notifying me. Third- Once they arbitrarily upped the trade to $7,000 they passed us around to 3 different managers to tell us 3 different prices. Fourth- Once I expressed interest in another dealership, they began to change their attitude to combative and not helpful. Fifth- later that night I asked to meet in the middle and they completely ignored me thru text. Last- I asked them to match a price on an SE, not go lower, just match. They told me I was probably going to get a used SE or a loaner car from the other dealership. No desire to match. Very deceiving and predatory... Below is a text read out of our conversations From Lee Hyundai- Hello Rebecca, currently we only have two Santa Fe SE AWD in stock. I understand that you would like a FWD version of the Santa Fe SE. It does not look like I will be getting anymore SE's in the future due to the chip shortage. I also did a search for you guys. There are zero FWD Santa Fe SE's in a 500 mile radius. The deal we gave you was the best deal for an AWD Santa Fe SE. Let me know if you are still interested in our amazing pricing for you -Sean From me- I appreciate the deal, Pinehurst has two that will be delivered on Nov. 3 $28,200 out the door. From Lee Hyundai- Thank you for all of your help, I tried to convince the wife that the AWD is better but she is content with the SE. Awesome, they must be pulling their service loaners out of service loaner status for you so might have some miles or be a used vehicle. In the meantime, I can try to order some from Hyundai. 5 stars for Dave. The dealership itself is fine, but 5 stars for Dave. I don’t often take the time to leave reviews, but felt the need to stop in and let you know about my experience buying from Lee Hyundai of Fayetteville. It started out very typical for me. However, I can offer you this piece of advice. When you come in the door, avert thine eyes from the zippy new-ish guy that is motivated to prove himself. Keep walking past the not-so-new guy that is clearly able to close the deal but has a clear affinity for nobody other than your typical good-ole-boy. You want to head to straight to David Clark. They started me out with both the former and I’m just not your typical customer, nor did I have typical circumstances. Dave was the diamond in the coal mine. You know it is a dealership as well do I. However, Dave made it a lot more pleasant than most. He wasn’t pushy. He wasn’t high-pressure. He did EVERYTHING he could to advocate for me and the circumstances I had to work with. He has such a pleasant and calm demeanor. He is so very personable and seems to genuinely want to help. HE is worth going to Lee to buy a car. If it were not for him, I would not have been able to have my new shiny baby nor would I have bought from there, I’m certain. I’m certainly thankful for him and hope that he receives what is due for him.EXCELLENT and knowledgeable service!

I came from Iowa to visit family in Fayetteville North Carolina. On the way my vehicle started using oil. I contacted Lee Hyundai when I got here and was told that they were full but they would try to fit me in. I brought my car up and within 2 hours they had it fixed for me. My drivers license and car keys were taken from me and not returned until I requested my possessions from the sales associate. Is there are reason this was done? Is this some strange sales tactic used to gain leverage? Was this done to make me uncomfortable? I’d like to know how taking my things and leaving my stranded in an office factors into the buying experience. Needless to say I left feeling violated and disrespected. I’m sure others have had positive experiences here. That was not the case on this occasion. Not like this is the first time I’ve experienced shady business practices at a car dealership so this isn’t just a Lee Hyundai issue.

Bad experience all around. Run far from this place. update: To Lee Hyundai reply. 1st my review has nothing todo with my credit. Being turned down. My credit was not turned down. My review had to do with how rude your staff was from stepping on the lot to leaving the lot. Your staff especially your girl on the front desk seem disinterested in helping me.. Your sales staff really tried to push me in something I didn’t want. And now your reply to my review shows the level of customer service I got with this dealership. FYI in case you want to know more I walked on the lot with check in hand where I had already secured my Own Financing from My bank. Just goes to prove I made the right choice of not dealing with this dealership. Shame shame.

Everyone at the dealership was lovely. Many car dealerships are only nice to you before they run your credit or after you buy a car. However, Lee Hyundai's staff was absolutely sweet.
