This was the cleanest, most organized pawn shop I’ve ever been to. The service was exceptional and the young man who helped me made sure it was working and ready to take home before selling. Definitely coming back to check out their wall of designer purses once I convince my husband 😄

Got a nice surface laptop for about $60 less for what they're going for on eBay. The associate was very helpful and advised me that they had more stock in back. If she wouldn't have told me that I wouldnt have made the purchase or known they had more laptops. Also got $10 off for randomly drawing a lollipop out of a jar. Cool program and glad I shopped with them.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! They told me to pay all the interest in the pawn and within 2 weeks I could come back and pay only the principal. I come back before the the 2 weeks and they tack on another $50 in interest. Unbelievable. The manager admits it was their mistake for telling me that in the first however he cant do anything about it. Go 3 mins down the road to cross creek. Those guys are awesome. Parker pawn sucks!! NOT EVEN MY FIRST PROBLEM WITH THEM

So just bc i pawn something there and have military affiliation i couldn’t get an extension? Told them i get paid on the 15 and the 14th was my last day like really? But if i didn’t have military then i would’ve been able to make an extension.please help me make that make sense... it was only one day .. just one day Update: i did receive a phone call stating they will work with me and i truly appreciate it. I am a loyal customer and the lady who called me was awesome in handling the matter i change my review to 5stars. The fact she valued me as a customer was great.. sorry for the bad review. 😬

Went to Parker Pawn yesterday and worked with Alan. Everyone knows pawn shops are out to make money, it's a business and to be expected. Alan however was amazing at making sure I was taken care of, genuinely listening and caring about the situation that brought me there and was able to get me what I needed when I needed it most. If you are looking for some short term help definitely visit Parker Pawn in Fayetteville and ask for Alan.

The staff was so friendly and the pricing very fair. Looked at some jewelry while there and it too was very reasonably priced. I recommend them for great deals or needing emergency cash.

Used to be good. Fine to have the highest prices but they used to work with people. They would rather lose customers than take a couple dollars off to a fair price. I spent thousands at this one location. Don't know if it's new owners but they are all of the sudden just greedy. Employees there are friendly. I feel bad for them.

You must come visit Parker pawn @ ponderosa is a fabulous place to find great deals, from electronic to Jordan sneakers! I love how friendly the staff is!! If your looking for something particular, if they don't have it then... If they do get it, they will let you know if it comes in!! All you have to do is call the person on the business card and check when it will be available to purchase. I have been going there for almost two years now. I have purchase many of things from here and they always have great prices. Go today!!

Sierra and Kesha are very helpful and always pleasant whenever I stop in looking for things. They always have smiling faces and great deals to offer. I always try to recommend that location when someone asks me if I know where they can get this or that. The store itself has really transformed and looks awesome now!!!! So stop by when you are out and about.

Ann was courteous and very helpful. Items are in good condition, operable, and competitively priced. I've been to this location to bargain for items with positive results every time. A good place to shop and compare. Definitely talk to the staff and get their assistance as they work very efficiently.

I had the worst experience with this particular Store. I always do business With them which is why Im surprised that today was any different then any other time that I have done business with them. I purchased a 50in Flat screen tv from them in April I still have all my receipts from the purchase. The employee Jason told me prior to me coming in the store that If I had my receipt that would refund me half of the money from the purchase price. I get to the store and was told something completely different not only would they not return but only would allow me to pawn it for 80 dollars because I don't have a remote, but it was not a remote when they sold it to me for 278.00 dollars. The manager was also no help and I feel completely dissatisfied. Never will I do business with this store ever again. Nor recommend anyone going to this store and purchasing anything. I feel it should of been some procedure when employees relay incorrect information to customers. Overall terrible Place to spend Your hard earn money.

I stepped in the door at your Santa Fe Dr. location and felt like criminal as a girl yelling at me said “you’ve got to wear a mask!” as I reach in my pocket to pull out my mask, I suddenly felt unwelcome and lost my money spending mood. There’s a right way to remind someone to wear their mask and a WRONG way. No problem there’s a lot of Pawn Shops around here.

I have been coming to Parker Pawn for 6 years now I love the way the treat me like family. Corondo is my go to person! He gives me the best price for a pawn, he insures I get a fair deal on buying merchandise. And I always leave with a smile on my face! Weather its borrowing money or spending money.

They have good prices on stuff they have had for a while or that is on sale / markdowns. Other than that prices are about average. The shop in Spring lake will sell at a lower price if they know your a serious cash buyer and POLITELY ask .
