Greatly appreciate Don's help on recent purchase of a Condo. He saved the deal! We figured it out that the Condo we're purchasing has HOA litigation issue, the original lender can't make it. We were almost thinking to back out from that deal. Finally we find Don and were able to get the loan. The loan processing was also smooth and very fast (20 days).
