Winn Volkswagen is one of a kind place. Best experience I've ever had in a dealership. Donia helped me find the car I was looking for. I purchased the vehicle on their website and only took 10 minutes for the whole process. Tyler (finance manager) called me to finalized the deal and never once pressured me to take any of the extras. When I drove down to pick up the car at the dealership, everyone there was so friendly and professional. Only had to sign two pieces of paper that only took about 1 min and then handed me the keys to the car. Here's the best part, Donia took 30 minutes out of her own time to show my wife everything about the car. Usually once you sign everything and they hand over the keys, the sales person is done with you. I want to personally thank Winn Volkswagen team for making this the easiest car purchase that I've ever had. Thanks again Donia and Tyler for all the help.

Winn VW was amazing to work with. They really helped me out with my trade in and pricing of a new car. I went into the dealership not knowing what I wanted… so many questions, unknowing what kind of car I wanted and no clear vision. They helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and let me know current specials and incentives so I knew my options and they were able to get me into my new ID4!!! (Eek! My first every EV) Monsi was AMAZING to work with!! She answered all my crazy questions and was so helpful. I loved that she worked with me throughout the entire process without pressuring me. She really made my experience over the top!

Please take my warning and DO NOT do any business at this awful dealership. They lied about pricing and tried to pull a bait and switch. We caught them in the act and they didn’t know how to hide their lies. Seriously, this place is run by scammers and liars. Please do yourself a favor and take this review seriously. They will try to rip you off. There are plenty of other VW dealers that are not far, as well as other car dealerships. This one has by far been the creepiest we’ve ever dealt with in our lives. I’m not kidding!!

I’ve been back-and-forth to this dealership now going to be four times I was told nothing was wrong to begin with then did a ride along so they could hear it I was told multiple days later that it was my fault not a manufacture issue which was simply untrue so I came back to pick up my car after they damaged it on the lot which took another three days. I got in my car the next day and realized they didn’t reassemble my car my backseat is just floating not attached anything in my back passenger door squeaks now

Bought a car back in 2021 with Danny owner of the dealer! He helped me get a nice car that stayed up in value for a great deal. I was surprised Beacuse never had gotten a car in a Sunday normally they say fiancé is closed! Got a good Apr good makeing a deal with this dealership and hope on makeing a deal with them in the future!

We had a great low-stress experience at Winn Volkswagen. The salesman, manager, and finance folks were professional and did a great job helping us. The only issue was that the car took longer than anticipated to be ready for pickup. I would definitely recommend Winn Volkswagen in Woodland Hills!

My car was over-heating so I took it to them. They charge for diagnosis but didn't find issue. They changed water pump, thermostat, did several flushes, but didn't fix problem. They had my car 15(!) days without offering courtesy car. i paid an arm and a leg, was without car 2 weeks and I ended up having to take my car to my mechanic to get it fixed (it was a head gasket). THEIR CAR SERVICE DEPT. SUCKS! STAY AWAY!

Donia was exceptional and the buying experience was fast and painless. I was able t purchase the exact vehicle I was looking for at a great price and Donia was able to get the entire deal done over email! Visited the Winn VW in person and in about 30 minutes drove off with my new Atlas R Line! Thank you all at Winn VW!

About 2 weeks ago I came to buy a car for my daughter. That was the first time in my life that I actually enjoyed buying a car. Honestly I’m rather disappointed in this dealership. I remember purchasing my first car at Livingston Volkswagen (now known as Winn) back in 2012 all the sales associates and managers were a pleasure to work with. Since then I’ve purchased 4 cars and referred 4 family members to this dealership. Unfortunately this positive experience has now shifted to the negative. I went in last week to discuss my lease return options and I was promised over the phone they would match my carmax estimate and be able to match the deal I was emailed. The experience turned into a stressful haggling strategy where the management and associate said my emailed promo code didn’t exist (had the email in front of me) and there were errors in the numbers. Overall I lost trust with this dealership & a complete waste of time.

Jade S. is the best service advisor and I cannot recommend him enough! My 2012 Golf TDI had a check engine light and a slight oil leak and Jade graciously helped diagnose and repair the issues to get me back on the road as soon as possible. He even provided an Uber ride home after dropping the car off for service! Thank you so much Jade and Winn Volkswagen for your help!

I just had the best experience buying a car from Winn Volkswagen I had to share about it! I had been looking for a new car for several weeks and every other dealership I went in I was always immediately turned off and underwhelmed by the salespeople. Either they were too pushy or not knowledgeable at all! I was starting to look at carvana or a contactless car buying option, but then I ended up at Winn and was so pleasantly surprised by how well I was treated. Olivier helped me pick out my Tiguana and I couldn’t be happier with it! He showed me EVERYTHING inside the car and how to operate it. I felt like I got to know the car before I test drove it. He went above and beyond in every way! Once we started talking about me buying he was able to lay out numbers for me with different options BEFORE they ran my credit. I felt like I was able to make a much more informed decision with the way he was giving me information. I didn’t feel pressured at all by him. Everyone in the office seemed like they were happy to be there too which is a nice feeling to get from any business you’re spending money in. After leaving my boyfriend who was with me during the whole process said that Olivier single handedly changed his mind about the whole stereotypical “car salesmen” and car buying experience and that he was ready to buy a new car for himself now because of how wonderful Olivier was. Wow! Even though I bought a 3 year old car it’s still new and exciting to me and they celebrated that by detailing the car and putting a bow on it for pictures! What a sweet detail for them to do that I’ve never seen done anywhere else especially for used cars. Thank you so much everyone at Winn and Olivier! You guys rock!

I've had a ton of dealership experiences throughout the years from car purchasing to leasing. I've seen all the games sales people play and usually go blindly skeptical. When I first arrived here yesterday to check out a used vehicle for my girlfriend that appealed to us online, I was approached by a salesman, Alvin, with a great attitude that immediately made me feel comfortable with this particular dealership. I test drove the 2017 Jetta SE and notified Alvin that I had been speaking to Danny for a few days already. After test driving it to my satisfaction, we sat down to speak numbers along with Danny. The car was already priced at our budget and after adding VW Platinum Extended Warranty that budget got significantly stretched out. Alvin and Danny understood that I wasn't there to waste anyone's time and expected the same in return. I had a few other options at New Century Volkswagen in Glendale and I told Danny that he could save me a trip if they would sell the car for what I was comfortable with paying. To my wonderful surprise, Danny agreed without any complications and we met up tonight to close the deal. For the first time in my years of experience with car purchases, I left a car dealership with no complications and no back and forth battles. It was as painless as it could get and I want to make it public on how amazing my experience with their wonderful team went, including their Finance department, Kassie. I would only pray all my future dealership experiences go as well as this did and can't thank them enough for working with us. Lastly, this is often overlooked, but it's always appreciated when the salesman introduces the car and its features to you before you drive off the lot. Alvin was great at spending some time with us going over all the neat tech features available on the on-screen display and the Android Auto app. Thanks guys and I'll definitely send business your way whenever possible!

I was about to get an I.D 4 new electric vw from VW Woodland Hills. They charge you over $5000 compared to other VW dealers in the area for exact same model as mark up. I contacted other dealers and as long as you register online and they have the car in stock, they give it to you with no mark up price. I got exact same car from VW Santa monica with $4000 less down payment and $100 less per month monthly lease with exact same car and exact lease term. Staff are nice and professional, but owner seems greedy and takes advantage from customers. I am glad I did my due diligence and save over $5000. My advice to all buyers is to do your due diligence and talk to multiple dealers when you wanna purchase or lease a new car.

They were so great and the most helpful with me purchasing my new 2018 accord and they did a marvelous job I can’t say enough about how awesome they are and I would recommend anyone to come here because the customer service is great. I’d like to recommend Hamid Razi and Tyler Herdkloz are the two best representatives that helped me with everything and I drove off a happy customer.
