Eric at Improve2Sell was referred to us by a friend. We purchased a fixer upper and were looking for an experienced carpenter to tackle our projects. Eric has worked at our house for the last few months and utilized his many years of experience to complete various projects on our house. Eric is always up to the task of anything that we wanted done whether it be major or minor. He has the skillset, knowledge and tools to complete any task. Eric did a full kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, added a beam so that I could take out a wall for an open concept, added French doors where a window use to be, dry walled, stuccoed, and installed crown molding. I could list 20 more things he skillfully completed also, but you get the picture. He was reasonably priced, reliable, and I have recommended several times to my real estate clients and friends.
