I had a really great experience working with the Lendevity team for my very first mortgage. Sean, Cindy and Darlene were all very responsive. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me. Once we found our home they moved quickly and the process was very easy to go through. My seller picked their own escrow team, and Lendevity had no issues making quick work of the loan process and getting Escrow everything they needed. I cant say enough nice things about my experience with them. I highly recommend Lendevity!

The operations manager, Jennifer, was truly amazing as our advocate! She really worked earnestly to ensure that we got our dream house before it was too late. When the steaks were high, she fought for us. Because she was available at times even when it wasn’t expected, it let us know/feel that our backs were covered. I honestly recommend anyone to refinance with Lendevity. We had a great experience on my refinance. The refinance went through smoothly and closed in a blink of an eye. I could go on at length about my experience with Lendevity. That's because my initial conversation with them was on Feb. 25, 2022 and I it took until May 25 to sign loan documents. I won't go into any of the boring details of why it took so long to close a loan. What I will say is this: Jennifer Becker, Cindy Mandel, Jerry Chodur and others were there for me, helping anyway they could, from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Lendevity highly enough. Lendevity was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new home. Christian answered a ton of questions for us early-on, and walked us through several different scenarios to see which combinations would give us the best rates. He also ran the numbers for a HELOC refinance when we wanted to review that option for the condo that we ended up selling. He was very patient with us until we were ready to act, and he provided a pre-approval letter promptly so we could start house shopping. When the time came for us to start making offers, he and his team were very responsive and ready to finalize the loan documents and lock-in our rate. Cindy and Jennifer were both great to work with during escrow, and they helped streamline underwriting without any delays. The team is professional and courteous, which eased a lot of our stress and made the whole process very simple for us as buyers. I would recommend Lendevity to anyone looking for a mortgage broker, and to answer questions about home buying/refinance options.

What can I say? The team at Lendevity is superb! From our first contact, ALL of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly, but most importantly they were COMPETENT!!! They answered all of our questions, provided guidance about the process, followed up on all of the (many) questions we had, and never failed to be genuinely gracious and kind. Our search for a mortgage began with Jerry, who was extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of the current mortgage market. We than dealt with Barbara, who helped us make sure we understood exactly what documentation the loan underwriters needed and communicated with our seller's agent to coordinate appraisals, etc. As we approached closing, Cindy handled the final details, made sure the title company was on board and kept us apprised along the way. Finally, Jennifer and Darlene were with us to resolve a couple of minor glitches that we thought might delay closing on time. BOTTOM LINE: We could not have chosen a better mortgage company than Lendevity! The interest rate and terms of the loan we discussed during our initial call were EXACTLY what we got. There wasn't a single penny difference between the estimated and actual cost of the loan, closing costs, or anything else. The team at Lendevity is fantastic, and we strongly recommend them to anyone purchasing or refinancing a house.

We had a great experience with Lendevity. We got quotes from over a dozen different lenders and Lendevity offered the best rate and no fees for our refinance. They were professional and responsive from start to finish. There is a shortage of appraisers currently and, as a result, they needed to pay an expedited fee to keep the process on track to close - they covered this fee fully themselves. We hugely appreciate Sean and Barbara for their patience, diligence and great support during this process.
