Refinancing made easy! Leo lead us through the process from A to Z and was available at all stages for guidance and to answer questions. We started with calculations of the current load conditions and future conditions. The loan conditions satisfied all our requirements: reduce monthly payment without increasing total time remaining to pay out the mortgage (we had 10 years left on 15 years loan and the refinanced time frame was 10 years as well) and reduction in payment was pretty substantial. Also we were able to complete refinancing without paying anything out of the pocket. The whole process was completed in less than 2 weeks thanks to the E Doc submission - Advanced Funding Solutions provided a very good interface to upload all the required documents electronically and voila - the loan was approved and funded. Leo also saved us some fees on the list of closing costs - such as survey fee. All in all great and painless experience. I cannot say enough good things about Leo Teplitsky. He spent a solid two hours with us during our first consultation. He did not pressure us in anyway.
