Absolutely the greatest bank to work with when it comes to mortgage. People will leave negative comments because this bank does function very cautiously. Think of it as if it was your own money and you are lending it to a stranger. I trust their process and rates do vary from day of signing the contract to the day of closing depending on timing of closing materials gathered by the bank. Would definitely do business again. Thanks Andy for everything .

Personally It is an aceptable what this bank did with out non- profit organization MEDES CHURCH, for many many year we had been banking with Unity Bank, How is posible they closed an account with not acceptable reasons. I consider this bank needs to take every client seriously and not with a lack of professionalism.

we are so desappointed of unity bank for closing medes church accounts for no reason . seens like descrimination and that in agains law.

Disappointed by the actions taken against a bank account of a church and non-profit associations. certainly the management team take a radical position without explanation..

They say their a community bank but close out our church accounts that have been with them for over 15 years with no explanation completely disrespectful.

Held accounts with Unity for over 20 years out of the blue they closed one of My Accounts then proceeded to closing all my accounts, my sons accounts, my brothers accounts my employees accounts and then even went and closed my churches account of which i am a board member of. This bank is operating without regard to the community and have seriously violated the trust its supposed to project on every customer. I am disgusted by the way this was handled and have yet to receive any explanation as to why all this transpired.

Our non profit organization wash banking with Unitybank for many years i we feel frustrated went they decided to closed our account with no reason that is unacceptable..

I would give this a zero if I could, absolutely disgraceful, they treated us terribly ,they blocked all our churches accounts without a reason. This bank should be more consideret

This is absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Stay for away from Unity Bank Mortgages. No one has called me after numerous attempts to reach them. I get emails with insufficient info and no opportunities to ask questions. Its been almost 4 months and my mortgage is still processing. The loan officer was rude to me and insisted she was right and that other customers were more important. And now after all this time they are trying to change my rate.

Disappointed with this bank office, we can’t believe why expelled the church account with no fair reasons.
