I am beyond thrilled with the help Beth provided me to get my title and registration transferred after moving from New York to New Jersey. I have had cars financed through some of the larger auto finance banks and it is VERY VERY difficult to get your title in the way the DMV wants it. I was seriously dreading this process after moving. Not only did Beth send my title less than 24 hours after I made the request, she made sure all the appropriate paperwork was included. I am standing at the DMV writing this review because I am so floored with how easy this was compared to previous experiences.

Beth Jones, was very nice and professional. She went extra mile to get what we needed as soon as possible.

I had to get a letter from Fusion for MVC to transfer my vanity plate to the new vehicle I'm leasing. I called Fusion in Bedford off hours and left a VM. Karissa responded quickly & efficiently and within couple of days she put the letter in mail for me. Never had to follow up or call & wait in queue for hours. Thanks, Karissa!

In dealing with Fusion, I have had a wonderful experience. Customer service is excellent. Karissa Leasure was extremely helpful and responsive in getting me the lease documents I was looking for (registration renewal power of attorney and the original lease agreement). Karissa helped me with my out-of-state registration transfer. Usually this process takes a long while but with her help I got my car transferred from one state to the other within a couple of days. This was a big deal because transferring from NY to NJ meant my insurance payment was going to go way down. Thank you Karissa for being so helpful and making this happen in a timely manner.

Absolutely horrible experience. Everything was smooth and fine until it came time to return the truck. My car through them was my 5th leased vehicle in my life and I never had to pay a dime on returning a vehicle. When it came time to turn my car in I went to the dealership to see if I could just get into a newer model of my car for another 3 year lease and they told me they don't deal with this company anymore and wouldn't say why. They saw my car in the parking lot and thought it was one of there models on their lot for sale/lease and couldn't believe how good of shape my car was in. 2 weeks later i go to dodge. Get my new lease and end up getting a outrageous bill over 1,700.00 for the 4runner and they refused to work with me.

From the moment we spoke Karrisa knew exactly what I was talking about and rectified several issues I was trying to solve in a matter of minutes. She is to be commended on her professionalism, promptness, politeness, and efficiency.

I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for the folks in the Bedford, TX office - Sam Carter, Beth Jones, Krishna, Jose and Karissa. EVERY single one of these individuals were super helpful, patient, friendly, 7-star (yes, 7, Google only offers 5 max) customer servicing and just amazing!! If they couldn't answer my question, they said they would call me back - sure enough, they did EVERY time (I had a lot of questions)!! They brought customer servicing to the next level, Fusion Executives should be proud of the team they have built!!
