Shout out to Morgan and Rudy for helping me bank, today!🤗 UHCU employs personal bankers that are informed, courteous, and patient. Plus! This N. Mopac branch is conveniently located, and has plenty of lanes open during their drive-thru hours.

I highly recommend the knowledgeable and friendly United Heritage staff for all of your banking needs. Recently, Audrey helped me with some of the paperwork and transfers needed for an estate where I was named as Executor. Thank you, United Heritage Credit Union, for the great customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever been exposed to from a credit union. I just needed payoff information and was in the queue as “1” for 1hr 13min just then to wait after they closed and the phone lets me know it’s outside work hours even though I called again 1hr 13min BEFORE they closed. Ridiculous, there are much better in the Austin area.

I have been a customer for UHCU for about 3 years and I love the convenience they offer. My actual bank is in San Antonio, but with shared banking that UHCU offers, I can use them as my normal bank and I can deposit, withdraw, get checks, etc. This location had plenty of drive thru bays and the service was quick as usual.

For now on I’ll stick to my location in Kyle they are on top of it I went in here to do alone was greeted by the ugliest unprofessional I don’t wanna be here attitude front desk lady I’ve ever met The lady that did my loan was nice and helpful although I had her set up an auto pay for me I signed for it and everything then I got a phone call saying that my loan bill wasn’t being paid the person on the phone argued with me that it was never set up I had the paperwork to show them then they finally Took the late Fee off I don’t understand why they wanna argue with the customer if my other location didn’t treat me so well I would pull my money and leave.

Mike was excellent and efficient with handling the refinancing of my 6 month old car, he was easy to visit with, very responsive to my emails, thorough with explaining the process along with giving great rates and terms. It was wrapped up in a matter of days, I was amazed at how quick and simple the process was and sad that I procrastinated over it for so long, could have saved even more money!

I love united heritage I have been banking with them for the last 8 years I always go to the round rock location but I gave this location a try and all the staff is nice very polite only downside is the way they have the bank parking lot set up and the entrance and exits it's confusing they have their sign for the building in between their business and another which gives you the impression you can turn into either one because they are connected no this is not the case the other business is completely separate forcing you to turn around get back out onto mopac and turn into the next turn in it's not a crazy big deal but just very confusing maybe add some more signs saying this is your turn in. Besides that great location.

I don't bank with heritage although I do have account with a shared branch. I had rolled coins that I wanted turned into bills, and the teller directed me to a machine. The machine was very accurate and did not charge me a fee. The teller was very knowledgeable about shared branch operations and the experiamce made me feel as if I was a customer of heritage.

I just had my first home buying experience! UHCU made my experience easy, fast and extremely efficient! Thank you for making this experience amazing! 🏠
