Had to pawn my monitor and computer. When I gave it to them both were in perfect condition. After I got them back my monitor was completely damaged! It looked like it was dropped on the side because there were red, blue and green lines on the left side and there was black ink spreading from the bottom left corner of the monitor. The screen is also flickering constantly and it's just completely broken and not usable! I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

These people are always soo amazing! When I fell behind with like 4 tickets one time, I came in a like almost a week past due & they allowed me to pay what was owed & put everything back into pawn. I was soo happy & thankful! I've gotten several purses from them before too & they always are willing to go down a little on the price, especially if I get 2 or 3 at a time! I've also gone in a few mins past closing & she still took care of me cause I just needed to extend a ticket. So overall, they go above & beyond to work with me & I love them for that! By far the best customer service! I wrote an upset review a while back due to a line they had & now I wish I could find them & remove them because what they have done for me since then...well it by far beats that line & that 1 not so great experience!

Friendly helpful staff. They purchased my old unused tools. I don't feel like I was dealing with sleazy individuals or cheats. They where honest with me about what they could offer and what they needed to resell for. I'll go to their pawn shop in the future. Great experience!

Nice and clean place, brightly lit, unlike most pawnshops which are usually a dark hole in the wall. Very helpful staff, Quintella has been super cheerful, funny, and accommodating. Fair prices on their goods both selling and buying. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was in a pinch with the holiday approaching and needing funds to cover my expenses. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Miguel. He was friendly, very professional and explained the paperwork. He took care of me from start to finish and in less than 15 minutes my stress level was reduced and I had cash in hand. I highly recommend

I called trying to informed them about my tools being stolen and if you could keep an eye out. I was talking with a lady who said hold on . Totally ignore after And put in hold for over 15 minutes with no response. I tired calling back but got ignore.

Without a doubt I have received the best overall service and value for my purchases at this pawn shop in Austin so far! They have a great selection of electronics, pre-bundled movie packs, power equipment and gaming systems. A good variety of laptops, portable batteries, accessories and firearms. If I could only recommend one pawn shop to a potential customer, this would be it.

Chris took great care of me. Although I know it's possible, even expected to negotiate for a better price at pawn shops, I'm not a very good haggler. I shared this fact with Chris, and he said no worries he would give me his best price that he could, and he did - a substantial amount off the sticker price! Go see Chris, he will do you right!

I was helped by a very sweet young lady and left feeling like I actually got the amount of money that i was expecting. Which doesn't happen there always. They were fast and very friendly. The manager Martin is very professional and always helps us out! Thanks national Pawn you rock!!

There was a young Latina woman and an older white woman working at the time... sorry I didn’t catch any names. But they have beautiful personalities & great customer service! I wish they could work at my stores if they were not so far away! better give them a raise before someone steals them! lol they helped me look for more items that they didn’t have in stock, at their other locations, explained everything in detail and were very helpful!! Please give them a raise they definitely deserve it !!! Don’t let associates like that walk away, they are worth it! They are assets to your business 💕 I will come again, but only to THIS specific pawn shop!

Best pawn shop I've ever been to In my Life premium quality products a wonderful staff. I've been to a lot of places and purchase lots of items from many shops before but this one definitely was one that I always remember and come back and get my business to I got wonderful ring and I got a bunch of other items that satisfy me to the core even when a couple of the items weren't where they were supposed to be for didn't work quite quite that way they're supposed to they gave me a 24-hour capability comeback return those items which most pawn shops never do is truly some places here to customer service and a place I will have always have my business and made me feel at home in my new place in Austin. The staff is extremely helpful and very bubbly personality. Came in after a long day Hilda had me laughing my butt off with Jessica the store manager these ladies are sweet as can be and very helpful. This is the shop when you need and that layaway. Best deals I've come accross.

Without a doubt the best place ever. Exceptional service very friendly, and felt appreciated! I went to look at a 47" LG TV they showed me all possible inputs and outputs are working and helped me get it into my small car after! I tried to tip the man who helped me but he replied "it's okay we just want you to keep coming back." Without a doubt I will be. This place is amazing!

One of my favorite pawn shops to visit in Austin. The staff is friendly and they keep a solid inventory of interesting items for sale. I have always been treated fairly when inquiring about a loan, and the prices on the items they're selling are cheaper than you will find them anywhere else. I personally consider this store an example of what a pawn shop SHOULD be: fair, honest, friendly, and approachable.
