As a longtime account holder with Amplify, I am continually amazed about the level and quality of customer service. I am not surprised at how great it is, which it is, but that it only seems to get better. While I do hold accounts with other financial institutions, I always feel like I am more of a customer to sell financial products. And while it is true that as a credit union the situation is slightly different, I don't assume it will be better. More importantly, anytime I need to interact with a banker, they make me feel that I matter. It feels more personal. And I like that. I have always recommended Amplify and over the course of my time as a member many have taken me up on my suggestion. And the feedback from them is the same. They feel and experience that same level of service as me.

I did not have good credit when my mom passed away several years ago. I live on a meager fixed income. I went to Amplify and they took a chance and gave me the loan I needed to get my mom buried. They acted like a friendly neighbor lending a helping hand. I will be forever grateful. By the way, even on my fixed income, I have gotten my credit score up to 820! Thank you so much for having faith in me Amplify Credit Union.

I had a car loan with an extremely high interest rate. When my credit recovered after 18 months of on-time payments they wouldn't allow me to refinance. I refinanced with a different credit union and will never be going back and will never recommend Amplify to anyone else, ever.

Vehicle was paid off, we never received the tittle. Update: Amplify contacted me and confirmed that the title was mailed out to an old address they still had in their system even when our new address was updated several time, there is a clearly disconnection between the information they collect from customer service and others systems they have, that’s on them and they need to be liable for that and do better. Sending me a link to request a copy for a lost title is not what we expected after paying off our vehicle. We lost the opportunity to sell it because I have nothing in my hands, and dtill waiting for the copy of the title to be mailed out to our current address. I’m wondering if they are willing to find a new buyer for my vehicle after I have received the tittle or if they are interested in buying it instead of us trying to sell the vehicle again, 3 months later that we started the sale and that couldn’t complete because we just can’t sell the vehicle without a title. Amplify Credit Union has been easy to work with for our Home Mortgage. We re-financed in 2021 with lower rates, and our experience during the process was effortless. Excellent service!

I have been very happy with Amplify CU. I just which that the branches would reopen so I wouldn't have to travel so far to do person to person business. I also have a bunch of change I would like to get deposited to my account, but the drive to the two open locations is just too far away.

Every time I do come in to the banking offices my encounters are always a positive experience. I've gone in to the offices less frequent over the last two years but when necessary to visit at all, my trips are worth it and made better by the helpful employees of Amplify.
