I have banked here for years. I’m shocked to see that it gets three stars. That’s ridiculous. This is an incredibly amazing bank! They refund your ATM fees! I’ve never logged in and found some mystery charge because some dishonest employee signed me up for some program I never agreed to. The tellers are always in a good mood and really kind. Has the line sometimes wrapped around to Timbuktu because of the pandemic?Yes! What do you know, it’s a pandemic. I leave and come back at another time.
You know, RD, this might be the nicest review we've ever gotten! Thanks so much for putting a smile on our faces and for being patient when things get a little busy at our branches.

I have been with Amplify for over 20 years and the service has always been great. Now I do about 99% of my banking online. There is very little downtime and they usually do maintenance during the late evening. My only complaint is when I need to call them, there is typically a fairly long wait time. This is the only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

I'm really happy that I finally found a bank that actually cares about me. Personnel are knowledgeable and ready to help. The online features are easy to use and efficient. I'm sticking with Affinity for a very long time!

Had a problem with the bill pay system. Edited Acct number and paid bill. It paid the original number not the edited account number. Waited a couple of days to see if VISA would put in right account, didn’t pay. Had to give visa the old number and it was corrected. Called your assistant and she said to delete the payee and enter new payee with current number. Haven’t paid yet to see if it will work. Hopefully it will with no further trouble paying bill.

The facility is nice a cool. I have never been to a bank and waited almost 2 hours to be seen for business. When I asked the front person about the wait he raised his voice as if I was deaf and a was bothered that I asked about the wait. I dont like that kind of customer service. It's a good thing it is not my bank. I would never bank here the customer service is beyond poor. There were other customers walking out because of the wait. Please revise your process. Your customers dont have a half a day to wait in bank. Ridiculous!

The drive through experience is very frustrating because it is extremely slow. Even when I am the only one in the drive through, it takes at least 15 minutes. It’s almost like they do this on purpose. I have been an Amplify customer for over 25 years and this drop in quality is a new phenomenon. I am seriously considering changing my bank.

Always very helpful and very polite. Great bank/credit union. They need to open one of the places in Round Rock again if they haven't done so.

The mobile app is really easy, I can do most things with it and on the website. I really like how I can use other credit union ATMs without a fee, because I rely on that a lot.

Been a customer over 25 years, and I've seldom had any problems. If I do, customer service is easy to contact...and they fix Mastercard/Visa issues right away. Making check deposits via the Amplify Android App is super convenient, and the online banking website is very well constructed. Free checking is a plus, and bill payment options are real time savers. Overall, I 'd give Amplify Credit Union a "Best of Class" rating!

I belief Amplify should be able to contact client on loan applications on every decission. On my case according to you guys I didn't have a enought income with the amount of Debt that was on my credit report. I have been a customer for a long time and finish the loans in great statement. I wish you guys could reach out and See if there was a away to get a loan from Amplify and work a deal . I could have my wife co sign. Unfortunately I will be moving out of Amplify. By the way I had to call after 2 days to find out the status.

Jonah Sam was very helpful in working with me to do some estate planning. He was patient and explained everything he was doing and why. He even uncovered an error I had in another financial document from another financial institution which has now been corrected. Jonah was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with.

Horrible navigation menus and exorbitant wait times for phone customer service. They freely offer my home address to their vendors and I get spammed with excessive snail mail. Have been a customer for over 40 years and have noticed a significant decline since around 2018 in what used to be a fantastic Credit Union.

I have been with Amplify for years (back when it was IBM Credit union). Service in person and drive through has become extremely slow. It doesn't seem to matter if you are inside and inline or outside in the drive through. You can be the only person in the drive through and have to wait and wait. Point being it seems the amount of work the employees have to do just to cash a check or take a deposit really seems to be slowing the process down. Please do something to speed things up. Thanks.
