United Community Bank Marietta

Been banking with them since they 1st opened. These guys are great!

I’m going to leave a three star review only because my husband and I have banked with United for 13 years and I don’t believe it fair to the whole to be affected. Our personal accounts and both of our business loans are through United Community Bank and we have had nothing but superb service for all of the years we’ve banked with them. I will be reaching out to a manager about our experience with the mortgage department. We wanted to get a house loan through United Community since we trust this bank. However, recently we were severely disappointed and all but told by the lady that was working with us that she had “personal” issues going on and that’s why she was failing at her job. In June we started the mortgage loan process with one lady, and due to personal circumstances with her we were passed to another agent, who drug out any kind of progress or communication for two months. We would reach out to her with the promise she would “return our call shortly” with nothing. My husband and I continually reached out to her every other day with no results. Again, I reiterate that we were told she had personal issues going on and this case should have never been given to her. These are her words, not ours. We made the decision to go with a different bank after this comment because we clearly understood that she was NOT interested in helping us move into the next stage of our lives. Getting my SBA loan for a multi doctor Practice was less stressful than this experience has been. With our new bank, the loan was good to go in less than two weeks. Talk about the difference in customer service. Again, we are really disappointed in how we, as loyal customers, were treated. Our hope is that their mortgage department turns this around and matches the standards of the other departments and customer service.

I want you all to know this is the worst bank ever to go to. I’ve never been so much disrespected by the staff here

I've gone here for years. Every one that I've dealt with has always bent over backwards to help me to the fullest.. Literally the chick- fil-a of the banking industry and especially this branch. Good folks always looking out for me as the customer.

I’ve used United community my entire life. This bank is the worst one I have ever visited. Very rude and unhelpful. I’m sorry that I inconvenienced you guys I won’t be back.

This is a very helpful bank. The people are great to work with and you never enter without someone hello.
