United Business Bank S Santa Fe Ave, Fountain

This bank is the rudest most ignorant bank I’ve seen. I went in to open a business account only to be immediately met with distain and contempt. The girls who are tellers are rude and snarky and very under educated for their positions. Not one of them understood how the Secretary of State filing works. And what a statement of change is. They kept asking for the paper I had given them. When I tried to explain it to them, they were rude and annoyed. And they were talking to me in a tone that was unprofessional and undignified. No wonder there’s nobody at the branch except to use their atm. Do not bother yourself to even ask this bank questions. I wouldn’t think they’d be able to answer any. And don’t put your money here. It’s obviously going to be mishandled and there’s zero customer service. None. The only person with any ethical standards and professionalism is the security guard .

It's great for Buisness when a New Bank called United Buisness Bank took over First State Bank Blocking all funds causing catistrofic ripple effect holding all funds for a lengthy period causing many overdrafts & non payments to other vendor's set up on bill pay. I had to close my Bank accounts and pull out all available cash to pay bills. Thay said it was the only way to get my money. Close an active Buisness and personal accounts all set up! Or wait until thay get online with no clear answer as to when. Then I had all the overdraft charges? Fees trying to clear up my credit du to all bills not being paid! Nice! Way to treat your new customers.

Rude employees. They defiantly don’t want to be “bothered” to do their jobs.
