I have had nothing but good customer service at the Fountain Co branch. Wanted to give a shout out to Tina Hennessy. She renewed my faith in customer service by going above and beyond what was expected without hesitation, and I really appreciated it more then she knew. Thank you Tina, you’re awesome!!!!

The staffs are very helpful, neat and very professional. They have organized team. I give a shout to Esther . I don't know her very well but when i met her. I told myself, I know she is very responsible, dependable and reliable staff. I introduce myself to her last March. Asked her if they are hiring. I told her that my daughter came from Hawaii and looking for a job. Esther is very nice, gave me her calling card and told me to tell my daughter to apply online and call her right away when she's done. Yes! Now my daughter is working here. My daughter is new on the team, but the team help here to become more strong and give her a lot of opportunities to grow more as a bank teller. My daughter is very happy as part of the team. She always come home with a smile. Telling story that she loves working with the team. Thanks to all ACADEMY BANK FOUNTAIN TEAM! Continue the good job!

I love the girls at Fountain Academy Branch. I always receive a warm welcome & get serviced pretty fast. My only concern is how dusty the appearance is... makes me sneeze alot but still overall great experience! Convenient, fast & friendly!

Being employed at this bank the the best learning experience of my life! Before now I didn't think it was possible to come to work loving every day at your job. My coworkers are the most supportive, interesting, helpful people I have ever met. So many of our customers get to know us and love what they expect, and we are delighted to help them every day! The positivity and eagerness to lift each other up (on both the customer and employee side) is unreal. Working in financial services you can see a lot of self-interest-driven work, but here we are all about doing everything we can in the best interest of the customer, no matter what! It makes all the difference to know that the people helping you care, and I'm not sure I could go anywhere else and find an environment with such a perfect balance of values.

As an employee of this branch I am happy to say that new staff and management has really turned this location around. Notary’s at this location will be starting soon. The branch is finally fully staffed, so that should cut down in wait times as well! This is a good place to work!

My husband has been banking here for years as well as my kids. I bank elsewhere. For the past 15yrs I have been doing the same thing on occasion when I don't feel like driving to my bank and endorsing my check and handing it to my husband or kids to cash for me AND all of sudden you change the rules and completely deny ever doing this! Now cause no one knows what they are doing or decided to make up a rule i have a worthless check i can't even take to my own bank. Common sense would tell you if I hadn't done this before I sure wouldn't have put myself in a position to not be able to cash my check! This Is Exactly Why I Switched Banks! Bank Elsewhere!
