Had an amazing experience at the Fort Carson location. Went in to do a simple deposit and as soon as I entered through the door the two gentlemen that were working immediately greeted me. They were both very professional and had great customer service. The teller who assisted me was Dylan Rydalch. He was very welcoming and made the transaction easy for me as it was a very stressful morning. He had amazing energy and was very kind, which is something you don’t fine often these days. Great environment and great business!

We feel very welcome in the bank and instead of going to a branch closer to home, we drive to the FT Carson Branch. We enjoy the privacy, friendliness and professional atmosphere there. When I needed to pay bills the folks here at security service federal credit union made it really easy and quick for me to manage my finances not to mention Jessa A. , Tremell S., and Tauna R. have always been the exact definition of professional and courteous employees who also ended up making each encounter fun and made me feel welcomed. I thought someone had hacked into my account on 22 December and immediately went to the ft. Carson branch for help. Dylan Miller and Jesse Aquino was very helpful and gave me some good advise! Jessa was the most helpful. She took me to her office and explained everything to me in words I could understand. She is a very professional person and a great asset to this branch! Awesome customer service! I stopped by the Security Service Federal Credit Union on Fort Carson today to get some information regarding the truck loan I have and get clarification regarding payment options and early payoffs. Dylan assisted me and was extremely helpful, listening to all my questions and breaking down information so that it was easier to understand. All the folks at the branch were very friendly and professional and I look forward to my next visit.

The Security Service FCU Fort Carson location is by far one of my favorite places service wise. It has been 10 years since I have had outstanding service. As a former credit union employee, I was extremely pleased with the service and level of care that the employees showed me at this location.
