DO NOT TRUST THEM! I’ve had a car with carhop since 2019, never had issues. I decided to trade it in for a newer car. I’ve had it three months and now my power steering assist is done and carhop gave me shop names that will take a look and they will cover the diagnosis. I brought my car to shop they recommended, sat a week and no one reached out to me. Carhop doesn’t answer their phones when they are clearly working! Also? The shop tried to get a hold Of them For a whole week and no one called them back. They technically sold Me a car that is dangerous to drive and charged me way over blue book value!!! Now I have to pay out of pocket $3000 to get a car fixed that’s been damaged. I’ll never get a car from them again: horrible service, liars and scam artist. Don’t buy from Dallas he is the one who sold me this hunk of junk and made me trade in my perfectly fine car because I was $200 under what I needed. !!! And don’t trust carol, I spoke with her on Friday and she said they will cover the diagnostic since I’ve only had the car since Jan 15th. Well they lied and now I can’t get a hold of anyone! ! Liars!!!!! I know all these people posting great reviews because they asked me to leave a review as well. They are a terrible company. I’ve been a loyal costumer for almost 4 years, never missed a payment ever and this is how they treat their costumers. Scam artist!!!!! Lucky my car didn’t crash with my children in their car due to the negligence of their staff making sure it was a safe car. I’ll Leave 100 bad reviews stay away from This place. A update! Still can’t get anyone to call me back or respond via email. Company is a joke. I’ll continue to leave bad reviews until carol or the manager calls me back sense they like to dodge people. They say bad credit we will work with you but they don't. I'm a veteran 100% they didn't give a s***. They tell me to send this paper and send that paper in I did it and they still turn me down. I don't make bad money, covid hit us hard. 00 respect

This place is amazing for first-time car buyers. They work with your budget and they work with you for payments. All of the representative at the office were friendly and inviting they are answered my questions and help me to eventually get into a vehicle. I worked with Brittany, Nicole and Elizabeth were all friendly through ever stage of the process.

The ladies here are awesome and a lot of help. Didn't get into the vehicle I wanted, but still ended up in a nice car! Highly recommend this place if you don't have much to put down on a vehicle.

I went I on Saturday and Nicole ended up helping me. She was a God send! She did everything in her power to make I left in a vehicle that day. Update: the vehicle I got has major problems to the point where no one can tell me what’s wrong. It’s been almost a week of not having it and I still have no idea what is going on. Instead of carhop saying we know it’s not the customers fault and let’s see about getting her in another car their just saying that it’s past the 7 days so your stuck unless your balance is $3,000 or lower. I’m very upset because this is my only means of transportation.

Our sales lady Nataya was amazing absolutely love her she went the extra mile and then some I'd personally give her 10 stars 🌟 Now the manager I think she needs more training every car they had us test drive she would go behind our back and give that car to someone else I have children and their safety is my upmost importance and having a great car because I work from my car. She gave the car we really wanted to a single couple and that car was 10 times better then the one we ended up with she should be ashamed of herself I even offered 300 more to put down on it and we was also here long before that couple showed up and the manager still gave them the car over us I would love to hear from her higher ups on this sale I feel so cheated by the manager she needs more training. I can't wait to trade this thing in. Has a broken windshield, busted headlight, broken door panel board on driver door, car is full of trash I do have pics of it all. Please contact me!

3 hours of being in the store got about 5 minutes of attention and my bike is stolen right in front of the office with employees by bike. Finally I'm told approved and I have this this and this car to choose from none of which was even close to what I was looking for. I went there based on the Google reviews and was extremely disappointed.

Don't buy from there don't think that you're going to go in there with a $300 down payment and get the car you want unless your credit is excellent didn't get the car I wanted air conditioner didn't work said they would fix it yeah they put a new compressor on it and charged it up but it wouldn't blow any cold air and I was told as long as it blowed air didn't matter if it was warm or cold I have COPD I need the cool air not warm air also told them the clutch was going out was told unless it totally goes out they're not going to fix it even though it was under warranty only had the car for about 2 months the engine blew up off of I-25 around Pueblo area told them 3 days ago it was sitting there need to be towed still sitting there as of yesterday now it has the state cops ticket on it to be towed within 24 hours they have junk cars don't buy from there bad experience .

I went here a few weeks ago like the beginning of February and was really struggling with my situation. It is interesting that this company strives to work with anybody in any credit situation but it is so hard to get approved with them. I knew my credit situation wasn't the best with what has happened with COVID and they promote being the best to work with these situations but were very judgmental. The lady that helped us was great and she did the best she could. I could hear the manager in the back talking about my credit situation and how it made no sense to her on what happened with MY situation. If you are going to be talking about customers you should probably not be so loud that they can hear you. I was very discouraged and felt judged along the way. But, I was able to find a car elsewhere. I think it is important that other people know that this place really isn't what they say they are at least from my experience and the management really put a bad taste in my mouth. You don't have to understand what has happened in my life, that is why it is my life. Life isn't black and white and the judgement of others should be checked at the door especially when you advertise helping people in very messed up situations. I wasn't going to leave this review but others should be aware of what they may experience. The cars are not worth it either for the price!

This place is definitely a joke! Yes they might be able to work with you but only by making you pay double/triple what the junk cars are worth. They play telephone with the main boss instead of having one on ones then they’ll come to the “lobby” & say all the details in front of everyoneee. Can’t forget the main girl saying KBB isn’t valid.. that’s a joke right lol I get having to make a profit asking 12k for a car worth 4-5k maybe is disgusting. Better off saving a chunk of cash and buying outright then giving in to these silly sales people.

I just pulled through this lot with thousands of dollars in cash in my car. Nobody came out to talk me and when I did find a sales person who was ignoring me, she was a b**** and said the sales people were inside that I had to get out to come get them. I am now at Preferredpreowned.com right down the street. Their cars looks nicer and are priced better and a sales person was in the lot smiling and waving st me within 20 seconds of pulling in their lot.

What these people have done to me is unforgivable. When you have to file a fraud claim against your car finance company, it's reeaaal bad! I made every payment on time and they still treated me horribly and took unauthorized money from my bank account. These are predators- beware.

PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH CARHOP‼️ We where sold a lemon Mazda 2 years ago and have been stuck paying for and doesn’t run. This been the worst car I have ever had to deal with. It won’t stay on the road or start normally for more than a week and has been a total lemon all maintenance that you can think of like Starters , valves , alternators have been changed and taken care of the car is simply a lemon WE WHERE SCAMMED‼️‼️‼️. Car hop didn’t let us out of the lease and hasn’t helped in anyway we have been stuck paying for a non functioning vehicle for over 2 years now and it has been the worst financial experience for us. PLEASE DONT GET A CAR FROM CAR HOP‼️ Visit any other place that works with credit but car hop will ruin your life

I came to CarHop a little skeptical and suspicious about how my experience would be and what kind of car I would drive home in. Tonight I’m driving home in a tasteful 2004 Impala which I have no complaints about as of now. I came here multiple times and the first couple times I didn’t have any luck but they reassured me and told me to come back and they’d help me and sure enough my 3rd time in they did. Curtis and Nataya were amazing and helped me out so much and worked with me and my situation... They got me driving for a good price and got me into an amazing vehicle for my first car! Had a great experience with Brittany. She was extremely patient with us choosing are next vehicle. She made the experience truely positive. Carhop was great to us. New update: Car ended up having major issues. Check engine light came on. Took back to 2 auto shops to try and figure it out. It was suggested by RK auto service(they are awesome) to have the purge canister and plugs and wires replaced. It was denied by Carhop. The car got progressively worse. I took it to own mechanic to have plugs replaced. One of the spark plugs was seized in the cracked head. Needless to say $1700 later. I then call again to use my " skip a payment". That is also not what they say it is either.

Do not buy a car from this company.... I had my car three months and the transmission had went out, yeah they replaced the first one but after my warranty went out, my transmission broke down again and now they want me to pay to not only fix the car but pay them. It’s a total scam, they only fix the car is good enough to last the warranty and then they get you. Beware of this company do not buy a car from them.

I've had pretty bad credit for bit now but the folks at Carhop were great they were able to work with me and get me into a new (to me) vehicle. Curtis was awesome, super patient, and answered all of my questions. I'd recommend them if you have had credit issues like I have.

The agent helping me (Curtis) was overall very helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was they only had one car option available for me even with a down payment. There should be a larger selection for all kinds of customers. Customers with a lower credit score but a down payment should not be subjected to “either this car or nothing at all”

We got a Durango on Saturday it broke down 22 hours later we called and emailed and no response at all. When we finally got a hold of someone they where not professional at all. I was stranded with my child for 2 hours had to get the POS towed home then had to pay to tow it back to the car lot out if my own pocket. They say they are here to help but they are not. I would not recommend this place to anyone .

Well, I don't have the best credit. At all. I had been searching for a place that would get me into a good reliable car for a reasonable price. I kept hitting brick walls until I walked into CarHop. Patty was very nice and Julio had unprecedented customer service skills. I got a 2007 PT cruiser and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will absolutely be doing business with them again.
