Ent Credit Union Mesa Ridge Pkwy, Fountain

They mailed my car tittle to my old address, not even the complete addresd. Funny that al my junk ent mail gets to my house but important paperwork is misplaced.

This particular branch has improved greatly in the past year. But, avoid the drive-thru whenever possible. ENT as an institution has been a great credit union to be apart of. However their loan rates are not competitive and are considerably higher than competitors. But their checking service and mobile banking are great.

So tired of the ATM machine not working. It’s always full and can’t take any more deposits or out of order. Listen simply pay more attention to this obvious reoccurring problem. Before this COVID lines inside are always extremely long stretching to the door when entering the building. Always, 2 tellers only helping with other empty teller stands. I’ve been an Ent customer for over 30 years and I love the loans and other services you bring. However, management please pay attention to this south location on Mesa Ridge. Retain your customers don’t lose them because of this. Please but some thought and voice to these issues. Thanks, Chris.

The worker me and my oldest sister worked with her name was Beth was very rude to us and would not let my sister open an account so if you do any business here do not work with Beth she is a very nasty and rude person who I think should not even be working at a place where she has to work with people

This is not my favorite branch by any means. They have no respect for my time. We currently have 17 accounts with ENT, as well as personal and business loans. I have been told to come in multiple times for simple things. I was just told by the credit department they need to speak with the banker. I call the branch and over the phone they said they made a mistake and put when my newest account was open, not how long I've been a member, but if I come in they will resolve it. Why do I need to come in for the banker to call the credit department and say they made a mistake? I don't have time to get into every example that brought me to leaving this review, but I love the credit union, don't love this branch. It's right by my house but I will go out if my way to Jet Wing.

I tried to open an account at ENT three times,(once at cheyenne mountain and twice in Fountain). I was denied all three times. The lady finally told me "sir we have our standards". That is fine. The reason I tried is that as a small business owner I wanted to support other small business. I also have many customers and tenants that bank there and like it. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason as to how their membership process works. Security Service Credit Union is less than 100 yards away, that establishment was happy to have us.

While ENT is a good bank in general, the Fountain branch just doesn't provide timely service. Plan on sitting in the drive through for at least 45 mins. My business just doesn't have that kind of time. It has been this way for months, it's not a COVID issue.

Absolutely amazing place. I would choose ENT over any other bank. Been with them for a very long time. I've never ever had a problem with them. The only bank I trust with my money.

Never more than 2 tellers open and there is always a line to the door...
