Me , my husband and my 2 babies when inside to open a bank account and was assisted by Mo. He brought all us back to his office very fast. I will say he is such a great guy to have working for you guys! He's polite and went ABOVE and beyond to help entertain my son (3yrs) and my daughter (2yrs). He pulled out some paper and pens for then so they would be entertain while me and my husband were working on getting our account set up. He also made us feel very welcomed! This is the kind of customer service I look for in businesses. We all need an easy fun experience to keep wanting to come back! THANK YOU SO MUCH MO.

Mo is an AMAZING help I would recommend this credit union to anyone and everyone, if you need help everyone is so kind here but Mo has been a HUGE help and a godsend. The power protected checking feature is something that I've never seen at any other credit union and it's honestly such a great feature for $6 a month. 10/10 I will continue coming here and I'm forever thankful for all of the employees kindness and help at this location :)

MaryAnn did such an amazing job to get me a better deal with insurance. She saved me about a hundred dollars a month. Dylan also helped me refinance my vehicle and saved me a hundred dollars in my monthly payment and lowered my interest from a 9% to a 6%! They both were very helpful and kind and the process wasn’t even long!!

Today I opened my first checking and savings account. Ms Itzel Martinez and her supervisor Mo were extremely helpful today, and informative. Come to find out I can save a lot of money on insurance through security service as a new driver this is super helpful, and they offer a ton of ways to help me build my credit. I feel like I have made the correct choice in closing my Wells Fargo account and moving to security service. Thank you guys for the 5star customer service. This will be my forever “bank.”

I came in today for a simple card swap, as I had cracked my debit card. Spoke with Briana Saldivar and received the most awesome customer care I have ever received from Security Service in the long years that I have been a member. Briana went above and beyond making sure all of my needs were met (even the ones I didn't realize I needed)!! Got some issues figured out with my accounts and started me off on a new road of stress free.

Angela and Mo were a great help with making my savings account. When there was only one teller to help set up an account Angela gladly stepped up to the plate and helped. Mo helped with getting some money transferred over along with making sure about my account with Angela’s help. Best people you could ask for.

Received very good service and assistance from Briana L. Saldiver on my recent visit to the Fountain, CO. Branch. Very helpful in assisting me with my banking needs and was very professional and friendly at all times even though I would sometimes ask the same questions multiple times. Miss Saldiver maintained her great attitude and was a pleasure to have assisting me. She knew exactly what I needed and went out of her way to help me out. It’s so nice to do business with people that seem to actually take an interest in you and your needs. In all, very impressed with all the employees and the manager that came to my assistance on that day. Great folks there!

I went to open a new account at the end of the day and Itzel helped me. She made my banking experience quick and friendly. I thought the customer service I received was superior to what I've experienced at other banks.

Consistently slow service. The options I chose when opening my account were not reflected correctly when the account was opened. Cost for a checking account is approximately $7 a month. There are other options locally that will not charge you for keeping your money safe. Any services that use Plaid will not work with your SSFCU accounts.

Amanda and Dylan were so amazing and helpful! They worked with my husband and I when we were sleep deprived coming off night shift to get our auto loan sorted out!
