Tried to give me $3 for The Walking Dead collectors edition pint cups. They have absolutely no clue what they are talking about and will low ball you. Stay away from this pawn shop, go literally anywhere else you will get a better deal I promise you.

No one that works there is helpful or knowledgeable about anything. I can go by new stuff cheaper than I can buy used stuff there. But if you're trying to sell him something that is new for some reason it's not worth anything. All pawn shops should be shut down that KynesCon artist cons And rob theirs customers

They can't keep a staff because of the manager. Why would I want to deal with a company or person that doesn't care? There's many other pawn shops in Colorado springs.

Friendly staff, but always research product before you buy. Most items are WAY overpriced compared to new for exact same product. I still go and look around, but rarely buy because of this. Bought a couple of guns here, fair priced on some.

Worst customer service ever. Went to get a loan on my laptop, when I went it, the lady that “helped” me was extremely rude, and barley communicated with me. When I went to pick it up, no one greeted me when I walked in, when I finally got someone to to help me, he was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this pawn shop to anyone. Don’t waste your time or your money with these people.

Went I looking for some good deals on DS games. The worker was not very helpful when I asked her about prices. She told me they could be $30-$60. What ever price comes up on Amazon is the price. These games are used and in a bucket with out cases. If I want to pay full price I'll just buy them new online. Why waste my money there. I was at another pawn shop today and got a deal on the DSgames for $4-$5 each. Needless to to say they did not get my $$$.

The prices in this pawnshop seem fair and about normal. If you are in the area, come check this place out.

BEWARE. This pawn shop is deceptive. Please beware that they will use shady business tactics and lie straight to your face. I caught them in a lie and she refused to admit she was wrong, totally argumentative and unprofessional. BEWARE. A good amount of negative reviews here mention a lady, I cannot remember her name since they don't wear name tags - but it starts with an "A" and she's been working there for a long time. Totally unprofessional and the other reviews reflect that also.

It’s a pawnshop not a church, so take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. They’re always busy, but they know all of their regular customers by name. I’ve always gotten good deals on tools, electronics, and guns here.

The staff is super friendly, the prices are fair, they'll take pretty much anything, and I've never had to wait in line.
