Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, highly likely to go out of business. If I had some advice to these folks, it would be don’t do business with the public if you don’t have the patients to answer phone calls. Called twice and got hung up on. Only said hello, asked the man how he was doing and he hung up on me. Called back and the woman answers and transferred my call and it went to voice mail. This was my first time reaching out, never will again. Good job guys! Set the example for your business!

Sold me a tv and the sound doesn’t work when I got it home. It says no refunds but honestly I just feel scammed

My first time at a pawn shop and I couldn't make a deal. I tried to sell an 1600 laptop with insurance and walked away with nothing. I had this laptop for 4 months and strictly used it for school (😇). I'll keep trying others though and will not I shop there because they do not buy quality.

I was well received and in a timely manner. With a policeman on the premises, I felt safe. A very clean establishment. I felt they were honest and gave me a very fair price for my jewelry. They were helpful in finding me a few other places (antique dealers) to bring my other items. I highly recommend Uncle Ben's Pawnshop!!!

If I could give -0 stars I would. I called before I came all the way to the shop to get a price to sell something he told me a good price once I got there he lowered it significantly making up different excuses would not negotiate rude customer service 100 thumbs down

This place is a trip. Went to get my husband a chain they wanted 2500.00 found same exact chain with cross at Kay's jewelry for 800.00 but 40% off that. They hack prices up for xmas...smh shame shame shame

UNCLE BEN'S PAWN SHOP. OLE UNCLE BEN. WOW,WHAT A SUCCESSFUL MAN. I BROUGHT HIM EARLY THIS MORNING A STEREO SYSTEM, WAS TURNED DOWN. UNCLE BEN TELLS ME 2 BRING IN ANYTHING ELSE AND HE WOUKD HELP. OK, COOL.WHAT HAPPENED RIGHT THERE. HE SELLS ME A DREAM.I BRING IN ANOTHER ITEM, IT APPEARS 2 WIRK. THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS.IT REALLY DIESNT WORK PERFECT. HE THRNS ME DOWN IN FRONT OF PEOPLE. HE SAID ANYTHING AND I WILL HELP. HE SOLD ME TGE DREAM BUT REFUSES 2 SELL IT 2 SOMEONE ELSE. IMAGINE TGAT.

Called and tripled checked that they would take the item that I needed a loan for . I arrived and was stopped at the door and told they won't accept my item . Claiming that they do not "deal with " PC's or laptops . I was literally quoted over the phone ! Complete waste of time especially if you are someone of color DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !

Love this pawn shop! Terrific prices and great staff. I have bought a few things over the years. But even better is that I told the sales associate what I was looking for and they called me when they got one in their inventory. Great pawn shop!

Me and my partner came in on 3/12/19 the store was nice had a lot of items for sale. We went in for wedding bands. Mr reads helped us personally. He is a very nice guy, even went into the back to pick out some to show us. They were reasonably priced and he even took off about 75.00 more we left out with two beautiful men's wedding bands for 400.00. I recommend Uncle Bens pawn shop if your looking for good service nice staff great prices and nice merchandise...... A++++ establishment. I'm sure I'll go back again soon.....
