I bought a wedding/engagement ring set in September of 2021. I felt like the price was well worth the quality. She starting wearing the ring October of 2021. They sized her ring for free as they promised the would, while we went there to get it sized we purchased my ring. Here’s the important part, my wife lost the diamond from the engagement ring April of 2022, after a search for it at her work it was nowhere to be found. Needless to say she was devastated. The next day I took it to reads, within 5 minutes they looked at it and came and told me “it shouldn’t have fallen out it was their mistake” They replaced the diamond and reset it without charging me a penny no questions asked. I can’t thank everyone at reads enough for making an extremely stressful scary situation into an amazingly easy solution. It’s hard to put into words how satisfied, and happy I am with my experience at reads..!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Reads is by far my go-to for jewelry repairs, appraisals, custom work.. etc. if you’re still shopping in regular retail you’re crazy! Reads has better quality and prices. If you don’t see anything you’re looking for just ask.. they located us some Amazing diamonds in 2 days to choose from.

Recently, I purchased an expensive ring from this establishment and it had to be sized. About a week later, after taking it home...I noticed one of the diamonds had fell out. I immediately called Andy the next day and explained to him what happened. I was calm, but a little angry. He explained that sometimes this happens, when a ring is sized...no matter the cost of it. He told me to come in and they will take care of it. Jeff called me five minutes later, explaining most of the same thing...but, the extent of his customer service surprised me, in that...he said, he'll get it done, that day!! Even if he had to bring it to my residence. My ring was fixed that day, and thoroughly checked. When I arrived at the store, Jeff was waiting, putting off going out of town with his family. They assured me that the ring was covered, if this happened again. If I had the diamond or not...(for the life of the ring!!).
