This is an honest review. This is my experience I've encountered from when I applied up until I received confirmation that my return has been reviewed and processed accordingly. This is my first-time using Hannah Financial as the company to process my taxes. I submitted my information online on 02/15/22, at 9:49 P.M. I received confirmation via email on 02/16/22, at 2:11A.M. that the client portal was available for me to register and fill out the required documents in order for Hannah Financial to start the tax filing for me as a customer. I received a new confirmation on 02/21/22, at 9:06A.M. that my return was completed by A. Smith. 02/24/22, at 7:32 A.M. I received my invoice to make payment to Hannah Financial for rendering services pertaining to the tax preparation. Also, the communication via phone and email that was offered by the Hannah Financial team, was very professional and straight to the point. If there is a negative review listed on this review section, the person did not read the fine print of the rules & regulations provided by Hannah Financial before agreeing to have Hannah Financial to represent the client regardless of credit or tax service preparation or review. I'm happy to say that I will be a returning client next year for 2023 in order to file my tax return for 2022. Also, for anyone who may not know what Hannah Financial can offer services wise, READ the FINE PRINT. Also, upload the correct documents in the correct format, and respond accordingly to all communication request submitted by Hannah Financial, and pay what's owed. Simple. Thank you, Irene! I am so grateful I found Hannah Financial a few years ago! I’ve been a credit repair customer for the past year and now can I finally say I’m a tax customer as well! The Hannah Financial team was able to help me double the estimated return I was slated to receive compared to when I tried to file my own taxes. The process was so fast as well! I submitted my tax documents on Monday night around 9pm and my tax return was submitted/processed to the IRS by Friday before the end of day. The communication throughout the whole process was so amazing and Ana called me to breakdown my tax return by my tax liabilities, deductibles, etc before she submitted everything. I feel way more knowledgeable after working with them and I plan to use Hannah Financial to file my taxes in the future and I would definitely recommend them!

Hannah Financial is a company that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone! I have been with them for credit repair services in the past, which I was referred to from someone close to me and they helped me so much in boosting my credit score. They do everything legally and have in my opinion good rates with RESULTS! Ever since I have referred so many other people to them as well. Something that I absolutely love about them is their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and that is something huge for me. Irene, who is the CEO of the company is so humble and so helpful as well, which is rare when you hold that title. They truly stand out in that area, because you won’t find that much in Ohio and especially not in Cleveland and surrounding areas. This year was my first year doing my taxes with them and from the consultation, all the way to the end Ana was so informative, helpful, relatable and all around GREAT! Everything was done efficiently and went so smooth. This was my first time, doing my taxes with a legal tax company and not just with any person and although I paid a little more than I usually do, it was worth every penny knowing and having that peace of mind, that my submission did in fact go through so quickly and that everything was done legally and the correct way. Believe me when I say if you decide to use any of their services you will certainly not regret it!

This is my second year filing my taxes with Hannah Financial and they do not disappoint! The staff are well informed and very professional and kept me updated all along the way. Filing online through their tax portal was incredibly easy and it was convenient to be able to upload any tax documents I received right on my phone effortlessly. Once all of my ducks were in a row and I was ready to file, the process was so thorough to ensure I’d receive my maximum refund and it took hardly any time because they are so well versed in their profession. Filing my family’s taxes with Hannah Financial was the best thing I ever did. I did a tax consult to make sure I had everything in order and submitted all my documents the next business day. The consult was SO helpful in answering some lingering questions. My taxes were filed incredibly timely. I’ve done taxes on my own before and it was always a complete mess. Decided to trust a professional and let them do their thing this time.
