Excellent customer service. Most times I am in and out in minutes. It does get a little busy sometimes but it is normally all the business accounts trying to drop off deposits on the way home. Still doesn't take more then 5-10 minutes.

I love these ladies. They are so friendly and helpful. Sometimes the branch does get busy and it takes a little longer than expected to complete a transaction(s). But in those instances they are always very apologetic.

Worst customer service ever. I'm not showing an ID and filling out a form just to make a bank deposit for my employer. No one needs my SSN or anything else to trade cash for a receipt. If I were running a money laundering operation would I be depositing small amounts of cash to an established business account? I don't think so.

Worst experience ever. Waited 30 minutes in drive. 1 teller working with over 10 cars. People leaving because of the wait. Why do you not have more than 1 teller.

I found it unprofessional and odd that the teller asked me “where is this money going” in a rude tone when I made a large withdrawal.

Kevin a loan officer at this branch is who I was working with on financing my home. After running my credit & reviewing everything he tells me he's %90 sure he can get me done. Then tells me shortly after that I think were good everything is looking great you should be a home owner. Calls me hour later says I'm sorry but I can't get you bought. Idk what %90 means to some people but %90 to me is %90... thanks for wasting my time. I do not recommend you use kevin @ us bank on purchasing your home.

Most of the time, I get really good service at this branch. Today, a woman was working I did not recognize. She had long brunette hair and about 25-30 years old. She was so rude and condescending. It left me feeling bad the entire day. I will be contacting a corporate office.

Slowest drive through in Davenport. Two cars in front of me in Business deposit line and took 35 minutes. Regular occurrence.

I have been using this bank for many years and have never had a problem. This location is my go to bank and I have had them go above and beyond to give me the help that I need.

I’ve only been to this location about 3 times however the employees are always super kind and understanding when I go in there. They seem to be always willing to help in any way they can.
