I am grateful for Michael over at Gold Key he was patient knowledgeable and he got us in the car we wanted. No hassle and no surprises.

Drove 30miles and waited an hour and a half for them print paperwork to sign. Started switching my stuff to the new vehicle and got told “we can’t release it to you because we don’t have gps installed”. If you knew that this morning why did you ask me to drive all the way up here and make me wait this long just to tell me it wasn’t going to happen? Most unprofessional experience of my entire life! Will not be going back. On top of that the guys were all in one room behind a closed door while customers stood out in the lobby alone waiting. Not good customer service at all.

Had an awesome experience at Gold Key thanks to Hunter Tyler. Got us into a really nice car with a great deal and stayed past closing time to ensure I was able to drive my new car off the lot today.

I would never get a car from here only had the car for over a week and they told me to take it to A to Z auto in Davenport to have the front motor mount replaced and get my oil leak fixed which it was dripping off the oil pan well the shop cleaned it off with brake cleaner and said he had it running and not running to see if it leaked he said it didn’t and the next day started dripping again and also didn’t replace the motor mount Sarah the manager said she don’t know me and pretty much don’t believe me and she talks to the shop everyday pretty much calling me a liar and won’t replaced the front tires this place is a joke if I could give this place 0 stars i would and on another note they didn’t say until after we got the car that it was in a accident in 2008 and also it has two different colors on it and also lose front bumper

Rip.off got a car from them it lasted 2 week I Had the car 2 weeks and the computer and the car said low engine power the took the car to atoz auto I called him he said he fixed one this but one other thing was giving him. Problem mean while gold key kept calling me for a payment for a car that possibly couldn't be fix so they called onedsy and said the car was fixed witch at this point I didn't believe nothing they say they wanted me to pay for the labor and I don't think they fully fixed it the charged me 260 every 2 weeks for a 2007 buick lacrosse it total to $16,000 for a 2007 straight rip off you only go here if it's your last choice to get a car everything on there lot Is atlease $15,000 and half of the car are not good so go at your own risk and the staff all don't look experienced not even dressed professionally all dressed in street cloths

Mike and hunter were great. Made a great experience and put us in a vehicle that was in our price range and preferable for our living circumstances of the area we currently live in.

This place is a scam. I personally did not purchase from them, a family member did. Yes they will get you into a vehicle. The interest rate is crazy. Payment expectations are insane. If you are a few days late on payment they call consistently and threaten repossession. Also damages on car at time of purchase were never fixed. Even thou they were promised to be repaired.

Great,good they truely helped me I feel blessed. Michael was the best!
